Well I do have a Jerusalem Bible which as the extra books in it that I use as a study bible and reference source. It is obvious from reading the extra books to which you refer that they are not inspired by God. They do have some historical importance but they are not written by the same Holy Spirit that is evidenced in the other books.

The bible you scorn does say that Jesus is the Word made flesh to dwell among us.

I find a critical attitude toward Gods word to be a telling sign of ones Spiritual condition. Psalm 119 speaks of one who loves the word of God not one who is critical of it. Jesus said you will know them by their fruit.

Yes I can appreciate that you do not accept the authority of Jesus. It was JESUS after His resurrection Who outlined the Old Testament Canon and limited it to the books in the Torah, the Prophets and the Psalms (Hagiographa).- LUKE 24.44. That cannot be questioned. Goodbye Rome and its heretical ideas..
