I reckon I've seen some very diverse views on those very topics throughout the various threads right here on Christian Chat.

BUT, we do our own credibility a disservice when we gild the lily by exaggerating.
They do not 'Worship Mary as their God'.

Well when you consider that they pray to saints when Jesus is our only intercessor, they in fact place their saint du jour in the place of Jesus. What is it called when one gives honour or place to something or someone over the rightful place that Jesus is to occupy?

Where in scripture is Mary likened to Eve? Where does it teach Mary had to be free of sin? Wasn't God considering her suitable enough?

Following your logic, why didn't God just create Jesus out of dust? Why use Mary at all? Unless she has a special purpose. Do you not trust God that Mary is part of His plan? Yet, you continually ignore God telling you that Jesus is your only mediator between Himself and you, and that Jesus is continually interceding for you before the Father. God tells you bupkiss about Mary.
