How close to Protestantism do I have to be to be allowed to post here? What doctrines do I have to believe in?

You said in post #8 that these dogmas were supported by Scripture. Like I said, the church you have chosen elevates it's manmade traditions above the revealed written Word of God, and the very words of Jesus Christ Himself.

No one comes to the Father except through me.
The traditions of the Catholic Church are the Traditions of God.

2 Thess. 2:15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.

Absolutely agree on what Our Lord said. "No one comes through the Father except through me."

If Jesus is God and Mary is His mother than Mary is the "Mother of God". Its just that simple. Catholics are not saying that she is greater than God.
God is eternal; always was, always will be. No one gave birth to God in His divine nature. However, God walked the Earth, and began His journey through the natural process of human birth. Mary gave birth to His physical body, but not His eternal, divine essence. Its like someone fixing a flat tire and declaring they built a car. Doesn't work that way. God created Mary, not vice versa.

You said "The Word of God is our source for all Truth". While the Church and the Bible does teach that the Scriptures are completely true, on what basis do you claim that the Bible holds ALL truth? And the Issue of authority is always relevant as without it, how can you tell who has the right to interpret the Bible? Or in other words, if two people disagree who gets the final say?
If it wasn't, God wouldn't have allowed to be here. If we didn't have his word and couldn't trust in it, then we would have no instruction manual to live by and we would not be able to know the nature of God or his will for us. It can't be "some of it is the truth" and "some of it isn't." It is either the true word of God or none of it is!

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God[SUP]a[/SUP] may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2 Tim.3:16)

"Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things. For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. (2 Pet.1:20)

"I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that the gospel I preached is not of human origin. I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ. (Gal.1:11)

"So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,' spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand—then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.

And the Issue of authority is always relevant as without it, how can you tell who has the right to interpret the Bible? Or in other words, if two people disagree who gets the final say?
"Now the Berean Jews were of more noble character than those in Thessalonica, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true."

I'm like a Berean, I study the scriptures, therefore, if the pope or anyone else proclaims another gospel other than the one that I am reading about, then they are teaching a different gospel and are therefore, accursed. Scripture gets the final say.

True, the Vatican was corrupt, but the Vatican is not the Catholic Church. The Catholic Church is contained within the teaching of the Church and not on the personal holiness or lack thereof of the leaders. Just like any protestant congregation.

Does a person need the Sacrament of the Sick to make it to Heaven? Yes or No?

The traditions of the Catholic Church are the Traditions of God.
Not true, and you have already been proven wrong, since there are NO Scriptures upholding the dogmas you are forced on pain of excommunication to accept as true. This is a general problem with Catholics. They hold fast to their falsehoods rather than accept the truth of Scripture.

Of course only God is Eternal and He created Mary. There is no disagreement.

And let's not forget, God doesn't like divorce, but if you pay the Catholic Church money, they will annul your marriage. Somehow giving money makes your marriage nonexistent. Funny how that works.

Does he need it? No, God Himself is not bound by His sacraments, He can save him in whichever way he chooses. But Sacraments are the surest way.

The popes have declared themselves infallible. The solemn declaration
of papal infallibility by Vatican I took place on
18 July 1870.

What say you to the Scripture verse I provided?

No, friend, faith in Jesus is the surest way. In fact, its the only way. God's gifts are irrevocable, and anyone who has faith in Jesus -- who believes in their heart and confesses with their lips, has salvation.

The popes are only infallible on maters of Faith and Morals when speaking "Ex Cathedra", which actually doesn't happen all that often.

I am not my denomination. It is only where I feel lead to worship at. Please don't rip me apart for one decision.

About denominations...Not my circus, Not my monkeys.
