Seem to me pope invite them to pray to their god together with him
Their god is Satan, so pope invite them to pray to Satan. And pope appreciate how they pray to Satan

Here is the photo of that moment, from May 14, 1999:

Some say the Pope was merely bowing toward the book, not kissing it.
From this photo, it is hard to tell, and I myself do not know the truth of the matter.

Is pope kiss Quran? Why, to show that he respect this satanic book?
part of loving other people is looking for the best in them.

Love never gives up.
Love cares more for others than for self.
Love doesn’t want what it doesn’t have.
Love doesn’t strut,
Doesn’t have a swelled head,
Doesn’t force itself on others,
Isn’t always “me first,”
Doesn’t fly off the handle,
Doesn’t keep score of the sins of others,
Doesn’t revel when others grovel,
Takes pleasure in the flowering of truth,
Puts up with anything,
Trusts God always,

Always looks for the best,

Never looks back,
But keeps going to the end.

now, let's be honest, is digging around in decades old photos newspaper articles similar to "looks for the best"?

He needs to look deeper. Pope John Paul II said.. "We reaffirm our respect for authentic Islam." He showed respect for - not worship of "authentic" not radicalized, Islam. It is the teaching of the Catholic Church that all religions have some truth. But the Catholic Church, personally founded by Jesus Christ 2,000 years ago..has the fullness of truth. It teaches that not hundreds of conflicting private interpretations taught by hundreds of denominations based upon "The scriptures alone" are the truth. Nowhere in the scriptures does it say..the scriptures alone! - "The CHURCH is the pillar and foundation of truth." (1 Tim.3:15)

Amen! I think that Satan's greatest victory has been to create division between Protestant and Catholic Christians. And I believe that Jesus foresaw our divisions when He prayed.. "Father that they may ONE, as you and I are ONE, so that the world may believe that you have sent the Son." Question: Does the world believe that the Father has sent the Son?

No father no Son. Know the Son know the Father.

1 John 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

The Catholic have no heavenly Father (no faith) .But instead a legion of fathers (3500 and rising workers with familiar spirits that they must call patron saints. They are needed to work out their necromancy doctrines of the fathers. . The abomination that sola scriptura revealed that and made to no effect..

2 Kings 23:24 Moreover the workers with familiar spirits (patron saints) , and the wizards (Pope) , and the images, and the idols(teraphims) , and all the abominations that were spied in the land of Judah and in Jerusalem, did Josiah put away, that he might perform the words of the law which were written in the book that Hilkiah the priest found in the house of the Lord.

No man can serve two teaching Masters.

following along those lines, the part of the lumen gentium that talks about Muslims clearly draws heavily on Paul's talk to the Athenians, imo.

Paul adopts a respectful tone to them.
if a person doesn't understand or accept what Paul says on the areopagus, they won't understand when Catholics adopt a respectful tone towards Muslims.

Foundation not source!

2 Corinthians 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.

It would be no different than the Pope kissing the Bible. Neither are of the book of the law of their corrupted fathers.

They have their own what they call Devine Sacred Tradition .. . seeking the approval of a daysman ( Pope). A place the the Son man Jesus refused to stand in .The abomination of desolation .

One is our unseen Father and teacher in heaven. Not a legion growing, picking up speed as the numbers of non venerable pew sitters drop.

Mark 5:9
And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.

well, I'm not Catholic, but I see it this way
Ecclesiastes 12:11 The words of the wise are like goads; and like nails well fastened are words from the masters of assemblies, which are given from one shepherd.

many sources, one Shepherd.

say, my brother garee, here's a question we could discuss:
when was the last scripture written? does the Bible say?

The bottom line with Catholics false gospel is they have another authority other than all things written in the law and the prophets
There is no authority in what is written anywhere.
Authority lies with people.
Jesus said “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, to the close of the age.” (Mt 28:18-20)
Make disciples by teaching them - not handing out a book and saying "make up your own religion from that".
When did Jesus give any of that authority to what is written?

.And as always sola scriptura , makes what they must call Devine Sacred law of the the fathers without effect. No person can serve two Masters as one law. Sacred Blasphemy. "Sacred Tradition"
Nonesense. But then you produce on evidence for this.

Makes me wonder why they even mention Scripture and last in order at that.
That's just silly. They are both given equal status. Both are important.

Ask how they come together. Answer it a divine mystery of the fathers a law of men .
More silliness.
They come together because they both come from the same source. If you read on past CCC 80 you would know that.

Then according to you the God who revealed himself to Moses at Sinai was a false God.
According to you the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob was a false God,

Jesus said "“You are wrong, because you know neither the scriptures nor the power of God. For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels[b] in heaven. And as for the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God, ‘I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’? He is not God of the dead, but of the living.” (Mt 22:29-32)
According to you Jesus was referring to a false God.
We are talking about Jews that refuse jesus.
John 5

46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me; for he wrote of me.
47 But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?

On the island of Patmos.

Revelation 1:9 I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

It is still the last chapter in the book of the law the Bible

I hear what you're saying, and again I mean this very gently,
imo, you don't accept what Paul says to the Athenians.

when you come to a place where you can accept it,
then I think what Vatican II said about Muslims will make more sense to you.
I don't understand how you compare Paul to vatican 2. Athenians worship unknown God, Muslim worship Allah that is not beget not begotten. Allah that don't have Son.

well how about first we talk about what Paul said,

Is that the way apostle did, kissing satanic book ?
In that love?
Some time love make other angry, Paul and Stephen love Jews, that Jews kill Stephen.
I don't thing Pope did it for love, I believe he did it to lay foundation of one world religion, the satanic agenda.

yes, using God's perspective, do you believe that this is a lie?

He is the God who made the world."
