What behaviour?.....more like not agreeing with you,Wake me up to my behaviour?.......show me my behaviour?...still no answer to my question I see?
Surely you know, you couldn't be as slow as you make yourself out to be. Anyhow, if you really want to know then I'll PM you so as not to continue disrupting this thread.

As for your, question I just responded to it.

Was Jesus actually slain before the beginning of the world or was that God's foresight and foreknowledge.

God sent his only begotten Son so that whosoever believed in him would not persish. He is not willing that any should persish, but that all should come to repentance. Whosoever will let him come and take of the water of life freely.....etc. etc. etc.

Now what part of all of that don't you understand? God is not a respecter of persons so once again what don't you get about this?

You have answered with a question...please answer my question.thanks.

Those who are chosen are at peace. Those who are not are probably outraged in the same way you seem to be.
One more thing about this post... are you at peace too if a family member or friend is not chosen?

This statement is so typical of the Calvinist mindset.

Once again derogatory remarks, which I won’t lower myself to.

You never answered my question....please answer.

You are the one who is disrupting the thread by getting personal about my behaviour.in other words ,which you started.

Keep personal remarks to yourself.

Yep, so answer that question and then reread my post and you will see my thoughts. Is it really that hard for you to understand? Reread my first post, I think I pretty well explained it there. If not then let me know what you don't understand.

Your question was about something I already addressed. Which you don't understand so that is why I answered you with that question.

Once again, here is the part of the post....reread and see if you don't understand my thoughts on it.

I think, the same can be said for the scripture that states we were chosen in him before the foundation. Scripture also states that the lamb was slain before the beginning of the world. We know this was not actually the case, so it must be speaking of God's foreknowledge. God made a plan for salvation, in that he sent his only begotten Son so that whosoever believes in him should not perish. If we accept and believe in him then we are elected in him. If not then we will surely perish. Put simply God has the foresight and foreknowledge to know who will believe, obey, and accept his gift and plan for salvation and who will not. He doesn't make people accept it and he doesn't reject anyone. It is the persons choice, yet God knows the beginning from the end. He is the alpha and omega.

Nobody says that they save themselves. God draws everyone through his Word and Holy Spirit. You then accept the gift he is offering or not. You are not quickened until after being saved. You do not come alive in Christ before you believe and accept him.

Agree, we have stated it a million different ways according to scripture but this is the nature of indoctrination, scripture loses is authority.

You do not accept the gift of salvation,...God chooses who receive salvation.....he chooses he draws and he quickens..there and then.so i disagree.

Just as God quickened Adam..then what happened?

I chose to accept his gift. He chose the plan for salvation which included the whole world, all, all men, as referenced by many scriptures. But we choose to accept it or not after being drawn and convicted through the word and the Holy Spirit. Once you accept him and believe and put your trust in him, then you are saved and born again.

No,”you” have lost your authority...which has no standing over the word of God..your interpretation of scripture is skewed and misinterpreted..no offence meant.

No,I disagree....I had no choice and was saved...it was all of God’s doing...he chose and he drew me.and quickened me,became alive in Christ...then I started my walk with the Holy Spirit.

If you don't accept the gift of salvation then you will perish. His word clearly states that he draws all. So why are all not saved? Simply put the ones who are not saved did not accept his gift of salvation.

You know if you want to follow a false plan of salvation that is your choice..... but I hope you realize the seriousness of promoting and peddling this false dogma.

God has strong words for people who present a different Gospel.
