Re: Contradiction of LEGALISTS

paul did;

because he said, who gave the law of moses to a gentile.

8 And he said to them, "You yourselves know how unlawful it is for a Jew to associate with or to visit anyone of another nation, but God has shown me that I should not call any person common or unclean.29 So when I was sent for, I came without objection. I ask then why you sent for me."acts 10

9 Or is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also,30 since God is one---who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith.3

thats why your quotes do not conform to the time line of the history of the bible.
to begin with that is Peter you quote....and he was referring to the custom of the law...but Christ had already spoken...

Mark 16:14-16
[SUP]14 [/SUP]Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.
[SUP]15 [/SUP]And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

[SUP]16 [/SUP]He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

so that makes that time line irrelevant ....Christ brought the whole world together as one

if you want a milk man, to spoon feed you, go to church,
time line to your quote.
wrong if there was not a pentecost or a cornelius how would you know, that all the world can get the holy spirit.

and gos to show that new covenant people are still walking in faith to what god has revealed at different parts of history.

to them or to others through the bible.

if it was not for the visions the peter had and cornelius(act 10) there would never would have met.

8 And he said to them, "You yourselves know how unlawful it is for a Jew to associate with or to visit anyone of another nation, but God has shown me that I should not call any person common or unclean.29 So when I was sent for, I came without objection. I ask then why you sent for me."acts 10

if god never gave peter , a vision and because of the hold the law had on the jewish people, they would never have met,

but you did notice my quote was from peter. yet cant peace together anything else.

but missed everything else, the old testament was for told for this very reason, so there is no excuse.(through different people)

John 10:16
And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

Joel 2:28
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

and this was written before man came up with the idea of compiling a bible...

no one is disputing that

if it was not for the visions the peter had and cornelius(act 10) there would never would have met.

you are assuming that it is because of a vision the gentile received grace from God...but it was promised to Abraham and his seed..if you look at Acts 2 :39 [SUP]39 [/SUP]For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call....
that would include the gentiles.....

but you did notice my quote was from peter. yet cant peace together anything else.

if you don't even know who said it how can you know what it means

but missed everything else, the old testament was for told for this very reason, so there is no excuse.(through different people)
maybe I did bro......
The scripture foretold the coming of Christ....His birth ...life ....death....and resurrection...and deliverance for all men...so the gentiles were not delivered as an after thought...

acts 2 all jewish at pentecost;

no, there chain of events of peter and cornelius, meeting let to act 15

given the old testament is jewish, and was never given to a gentile.

did the old testament for tell ,what others would do for jesus, in words or deeds to continue into a new covenant. or was it through new testament, you got to see this.

do you see, the word repent.

do you see walk in faith,
do you see an action, involved in any shape or form,
to the gift of the holy spirit.

4 Opening his mouth, Peter said:
"I most certainly understand now that God is not one to show partiality,35 but in every nation the man who fears Him and does what is right is welcome to Him.36 The word which He sent to the sons of Israel, preaching peace through Jesus Christ (He is Lord of all)--37 you yourselves know the thing which took place throughout all Judea, starting from Galilee, after the baptism which John proclaimed.38 You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.39 We are witnesses of all the things He did both in the land of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They also put Him to death by hanging Him on a cross.40 God raised Him up on the third day and granted that He become visible,41 not to all the people, but to witnesses who were chosen beforehand by God, that is, to us who ate and drank with Him after He arose from the dead.42 And He ordered us to preach to the people, and solemnly to testify that this is the One who has been appointed by God as Judge of the living and the dead.43 Of Him all the prophets bear witness that through His name everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins."
44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were listening to the message.45 All the circumcised believers who came with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also. acts 10

or would believing in a god , be seen by god.

but not seen by man.

6 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.1
