God did not take away anything from Job, the destroyer did....

I think you and I are saying the same thing here, just a slight difference in semantics.

To my knowledge, none were hindered and halted within themselves, and that affected themselves. They encountered others who were, but they themselves were not hindered or halted.

The question was whether any of God's people were possessed. Judas had already rejected Jesus.

The Holy Ghost teaches men all they need about demons. In fact Acts 10.38 tells us how Jesus was able to deal with demons.
Stop leaning on mans wisdom and rely on God's wisdom found in the Bible.

I can assure you the girl had no demon and was not seeking attention because of a demon, she was starved for attention.
When you take the attention of of man or demon and place it on Jesus, it is amazing what happens.

For the record, I watched in horror, as a couple of physicians and psychologists attempted to deliver a girl from being demonized once. They both nearly were killed. All it took was a believer powered by the Holy Ghost to look at that girl and say IN the name of Jesus came out of her....What took trained men hours to attempt to do at the cost of broken bones and physical beatings, took a believer anointed with power and the Holy Ghost and using the name above all names, the name of Jesus about 5 minutes.

Jesus never consulted with physicians or psychologists, and despite the fact it will make your head explode, he did not do the things he did, especially delivering the demoniac, merely because he was the SON of God. Acts 10.38 tells you how he did it and that model is for believers today, regardless of all those, including yourself, who like to try to take the power of God away for a time such as this.

When we lean absolutely in the wisdom of the Lord in the bible, it does not mean that we may not check with how that wisdom is affecting our world and to learn more about what the Lord says in the bible through that. It is through what we learn of demons in the bible and our faith in that word so we know they are real that we are led to search for what best to do about it. People who work with this are reporting how to do it best and what it is like. It is not having faith in the word that leads to scoffing and the type of posts you are doing.

Of course, you have learned and reported that man trying to handle demons are "nearly killed". That wasn't in the bible, why are you reporting it? If you would not insist on staying ignorant so you can "lean on the God's wisdom" you would know that man cannot handle demons except through the power of Christ.

Christ did not consult with anyone, Christ knew if a person had a demon. You are using that fact to tell men not to use all the skill they can gather to determine if someone has a demon. You say you have that skill, and I say you don't. That is egotistical of you. In ages past, there were many people who, like you, decided they had that skill. Many people who had a mental illness were murdered by these people. Now, exorcist call in many experts before they work with a patient. With your ideas, they would just call on you!! Or would you have them call on no one, but condemn an ill person or perhaps say they don't need help with a demon?

I would suggest you are the scoffer, because you rely on the physical to combat the spiritual.

I never said I did it in my own strength and that it is what you miss and million of Christians like you miss. You like to talk how big God is, but refuse to believe he works in men today, like he did his own son and through the Apostles. You have stated that there was no where in the Bible that reports that demons nearly killed men and I have shown you quite the opposite You need to regroup here and think before attacking. You always run your mouth about God'w wisdom like it some far off thing we can never attain. So lets compare about how to get God's wisdom.

Father, in the name of Jesus I lack wisdom, so I ask you for Wisdom, you say that you will give it to me sincerely and openly, and not revile me for asking for wisdom and you will give it to me, because I ask for it in faith with no doubting.

The Bible tell us in Acts 10.38, that Jesus dealt with demons by the power and anointing of the Holy Ghost, not because he led a perfect sinless life or because he was the Son of God or because , or because.

Jesus then said that he would send the Holy Ghost to us in John 14, 15 and 16. Jesus also said he gave us, the very same authority and power he gave the 82 disciples. We should never rejoice the Spirits are subject to us, but that our names our written in heaven

Luke 10 refutes your disclaim of me and since I stand on God's word and his promises, then I will dismiss your own ignorance of the word and your silly and foolishness statements about me.

God works through men today like he did back then, stop playing games and come to full age already.

I read the OP remarks with great interest. As an auto tech I'm nearly convinced that automotive systems have become so sophisticated that demons confuse them for human intelligence. I've worked on vehicles that had all the symptoms of demonic possession. It does seem, however, that some car makes seem more prone to possession than others.

One bit of advise. If you're going to drive your car to an exorcism, I'd suggest disconnecting your battery in the parking lot to prevent it from driving off a cliff and into a lake while you're inside. Just saying....

While I am always a septic when people claim demons possess objects, I must admit I constantly joke that I must have a technology curse on my. My laptop and phone both seem to hate me Whether demon or tech problem, praying over stuff is never a bad idea

I once saw a documentary which appeared to be reasonably scientifically vetted which had deceased relatives speaking through old valve radios. The valves were even removed and with the same results!...However maybe it was the psychics and not the radio channelling spirits or demons.
Another study on a similar phenomenon was the Scholes Experiment which had images produced on photographic film including handwriting and abstract images of spirits. Once again if you take it a face value its compelling that spirits and maybe demon can access electrical equipment.
What the heck am I talking about! I sound like a right weirdo....lol
Anyway check them out if you like that sort of thing, not saying these are true but some of the most compelling things I have seen.
