So since the 3rd heaven is paradise and the 1st heaven is where the birds fly then the 2nd is the starry heaven which would be the 2nd heaven. No, the NATURAL REALM of where the birds fly and the sun, moon and stars are the same. We CAN TOUCH the moon, it's just far away.
Satan is not in the starry heaven correct
Revelation 12:12-13
(12) Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. those that dwell are spiritual beings.

I have noticed that all you have done is to give your opinion and have given no Bible. The 1st heaven is where the birds fly it does not include the starry heaven. Genesis 1 makes that clear.
Genesis 1:6-8
(6) And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
(7) And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
(8) And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.
Genesis 1:20
(20) And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.

This is telling us that there was a water canopy around the earth and the birds were to fly in the firmament called heaven, they do not fly in space so were the birds fly is the 1st heaven

no those people just do not have the protection of God around them.

For example if you are in traveling on the highway do robbers have the "right" to steal from you?

ok imagine travelling with your own squad of angels/soliders as a hedge around you, do you think the robbers would be as bold to try and still from you versus if you travel alone without any protection?

To often people think that angels who act as police in the spirit realm are labeled as demons or demons are given the power of angels of God but its false.

like there are corrupt police there are fallen angels but when they are found out they both get fired and punished.

What about a saved person who gets a life threatening sickness seeing as sickness as an attack from the enemy right?

My answer would be God allows it sometimes for the glory of God in one way or another :)

Demons don't have any right in harming anyone for that matter whether saved or unsaved but the real difference is as AnandaHya stated is that the saved person has much more protection and if something should happen to the saved person it will be for the glory of God in one way or another.

But ask yourself this: Why would Satan harm his own? He would more likely try to harm God's children first because they remind him of God and Satan hates God but if something should happen to an saved person it would be because God allowed it for His glory one way or another :)

I think it's obvious to the trained eye to see which doctrine is attempting to promote itself through this thread. However, seeing as such doctrine that is not essential to the salvation of the believer, I ask a more significant question:

Does Jesus rule over your life? Have you fully surrendered your life to Christ or are you still living a self centered, sinful lifestyle?

Satan can destroy the things of this world, the flesh, the material wealth but he can not touch a person's immortal soul. he can never touch the essences of a person but he can trick them into going to Hell with him when he gets cast in there to burn for eternity.

It is like someone who knows they have no hope of getting invited to the wedding and would have others not attend either by whatever means he can to prevent them: get them drunk with this world, bribe them to insult the groom or bride, beat them until they can't walk and are too scared to pray for help, threaten their loved ones, etc.

But if we pray God knows our hearts and can save anyone who truly seeks Him and His love surpasses all and is NOT earned but given freely to those who ask with humble and contrite hearts.

Satan owns nothing, has nothing to give but lies and deception.

You want to give the world to Satan when God has already given the world to JESUS.

You want to justify why you don't have the power you want by making others "unworthy" in your mind and heart of why you can't heal them, of why you can't cast out their demons instead of recognizing God's truth.

You are doing the work of Satan and all we can do is pray that God have mercy upon your soul.

if the lost were truly Satan's then why don't they just die upon his command? why does he "seek" to kill them?

Perhaps because they were never Satan's but always GOD's CREATION.

Satan does not create.

Satan STEALS and LIES and you believe his lies. that is your choice but it is still a lie.

there is a difference between temptation of the flesh and temptation of demons.

You probably never encountered a demon you did not place in another or you would know the difference.

I have stared into the eyes of the demon possessed and prayed with them and seen God's angels cast the demons into the abyss.

I did nothing but pray and watch God and His angels work. then stayed and prayed some more and read scipture and talk and help the person heal. giving them the time and the love that God ordained for them to heal. not through any work of mine but through the leading of the Holy Spirit.

I could give you the "protocols of the spirit world" and even include the Bible verses pertaining to each point but you are surrounded still by demons so when they leave or made to leave perhaps we will talk.

it is not my ignorance of the spirit realm that is at issue but the lies demons speak that people who are too prideful to read and understand scripture correctly fall prey to.

DEMONS have NO LEGAL RIGHTS!!!

its a lie demons whisper in the ear of the undiscerning

just to keep it all together....the origins of demons is another topic that demons love to lie about. they claim "God made us this way" and get others to believe the lie that people are made to be sinful and rebellious. God made people for love and glory and a reflection of His Image of mercy and grace, not pride, anger, lusts, greed, lies and things of the flesh. this world has become corrupt and rebellious and it is through God's mercy it has not been destroyed as it deserves but given more time for other souls to be saved and repent and turn from their sin.

Angels are created to minister and teach people the laws and commandments of God but some refuse and teach lies and doctrines of demons instead.

Fallen Angels ARE demons, but they chose which illusion to use to deceive you.

GOD rules the world. He has his angels teach people and those spirits draw them closer to Him and help remind them to keep His commandments.

however demons who pretend to be angels give excuses and tempts people to sin and helps them justify why they should continue sinning instead of following God's Holy SPirit and His guidance. they build up the person's fleshly desires like pride, anger, bitterness. they remind them that they are already corrupt and sinful so why not just do it ONE more time and then one more and more. they plant seeds with their words that grow into tares that choke out the Words of GOD and makes people unfruitful in their walk with Christ.

that is why diligence is needed.

Meditate not upon demons but upon GOD and what is benefical and good for you to grow in HIS light and love.

meditate upon these words and seek first the Kingdom of God and all else will be taken care of.

God has given you a shield of faith, a helmet of salvation, a belt of truth, shoes of the gospel of peace and a sword of the Spirit to divide truth from lies. He has placed a hedge of angels to surround and protect you from the evil spiritual forces.

focus now on growing mature in the Lord so you can aid your brethren in their fight to overcome this world and the darkness that surrounds us.

For God has already given us ALL that we need to live a godly life and through the knowledge of Christ we may have grace and peace.

Demons don't have any legal right and can do nothing to our souls.

But we have to be sober all the time though and put on the whole ARMOR OF GOD. For the devil deceives those who have little faith and leads them astray.

if demons acted according to their legal rights...then how could jesus have cast demons out of people if they had the legal right to be there? jesus would have been breaking his own legal code by casting them out if it was legal for them to possess people

demons are the criminals of the spiritual realm...they are beings devoted to lawlessness... everything they do is against God...they have no right to do any of it...it is all illegal...

it is just that God has seen fit to delay their punishment until later

The word demon is not in the KJV but the word devil is and the devil as we are told is Satan who was Lucifer.

We give our Christ very little power to save and it saddens me.

EVERYTHING is made by Him and for His GOOD pleasure. ALL spirits and ALL principalities will be in line and harmony in Christ. Those evil spirits/angels will all one day bow and LOVINGLY confess that Jesus is Lord.
