I find Deade's analysis very compelling, that Enoch and Elijah did die and did not go to the heaven of God and the angels. They ultimately went to sleep in the dust of the earth with the future hope and promise that they will receive the 1st resurrection some day.
However, there is one part of Deade's analysis that I am very uncertain about, and that is his assessment that no one other than Christ has yet been resurrected. That is because some or many verses seem to say that no one will be resurrected until Chirt's Coming.
My main question now is this: Has anyone other than Christ been resurrected to heaven (prior to His Coming)? Can anyone point to a passage in scripture that can solidify this question for me?
In Rev 4:4 it sounds that at least 24 people (elders) have already received their 1st resurrection (resurrection of their spirit but probably not their body) prior to Christ's coming (prior to any of the 7 trumpets).

Interesting. I dont really know what is meant by scripture when it says about Enoch 'he was not' or he was 'translated' but it did seem he died in the end because the passage in hebrews 11 does state..verse 13, These all died in faith, although it could have been referring to SArahs seed.
