Yes indeed...being fully human Jesus would have had the propensity to sin as we have but He also had help not giving in to it. How can we be certain to have GOD's Holy Spirit to help ? and how much or how little of it have we really got ?
He didn't have help, He did it Himself. We need His help. We can know we have the Holy Spirit may be a different topic because being a Pentecostal, I would say by the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.

I think that it just need to be reworded. Jesus was born with a sin nature, And he is also God ,not a sinful nature. A sinful nature means his nature is sinful. And his also God.

Okay, I don't like that either, I was trying to find away to agree with devotiontobible. But it just doesn't fit.

Jesus didn't have help? He said he wasn't able to do anything of himself.

He did it Himself in as far as He was God made flesh. As Son He was the express image of the Father and without Him would not even have existed. So though He did it by Himself it was by the Power of His Fathers Spirit. This can be complicated until we fully understand.
Speaking in 'tongues means other LANGUAGES....not the gibberish passing as it. Acts 2v4,5.

Amen! He was not born in the line of Adam. He did not have Adam's blood. He had God's blood. The seed that was placed in Mary's womb was from God. The blood comes from the father, not the mother.

Then He didn't suffer as we do. He would have been just as a Martian alien not a fully human.
You can believe anything you wish. Scripture says YET WITHOUT SIN. And that settles the issue. Since Christ was the GOD-MAN at one and the same time, He could not possibly be tempted as human beings.

What you are missing is the fact that Satan did not know everything about Christ, and thought he was smarter than Jesus.

While I agree that Jesus did not have Adam's blood, I cannot affirm that Jesus "had God's blood" either. Biologically, a baby has neither the blood of its mother nor of its father; rather, it grows its own blood anew. The DNA is from the parents. The sin nature was handed down from Adam, and not inherited by Jesus. The perfect sinless nature, likely akin to Adam's pre-fallen nature, was from God. The vulnerability to death is part of this creation and hence part of Jesus' flesh as well, but death itself was introduced through Adam's sin.

That verse means He never sinned not that He didn't have the sinful nature;

This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin.

You are wrong. Jesus' was a descendant of Adam. It says so right here : Jesus was about thirty years old when he began his public ministry. Jesus was known as the son of Joseph. Joseph was the son of Heli. ...
Kenan was the son of Enosh. Enosh was the son of Seth. Seth was the son of Adam. Adam was the son of God.

Say what you want but Joseph was not the father of Jesus. Jesus was born of a virgin...no earthly father.

That is Mary's line. Luke is not all sons and father's proper. That is why it is different from Matt' genealogy list which is sons proper.
