My advice is to hear the whole word of God.
For the word of YHWH is true!

This "
sign" is your actions (right hand) which represents strength, what you do with your ability/life and memorial between your eyes Exodus 13:9, that explains the mark of Yahweh says: "memorial between your eyes," what do we remember with that is between our eyes? Our brain, or our thoughts and beliefs.
There is no Scripture that fully explains how, but I have a possible example.
Certainly the world will be in a state of chaos and buying and selling could be done in a way that one would have to transgress against Yahweh to buy ans sell, as buying and selling one the day He says is His mark:

So the only day of commerce allowed in a time of great chaos could be the 7th day (Sat), for days 2-6 (Mon-Fri) are work days and the 1st day (Sun) has been declared by the RCC, "her mark of authority" and a day of rest:

It means that the government will give everybody a health ID card that contains a machine readable device (magnetic strip or RFID chip) similar to a credit card. Embedded in this chip or strip is your Health Identification Number. When you visit a medical provider, the medical claims will be processed while you are still in the office. The medical providers will be paid in real time. The portion that you owe will be deducted from your bank account, in real time, according to HR 3200."
