Yes I am serious, how would YOU feel? You can only imagine that their love would be the same of that of a man and woman, if it wasn't then I'm pretty sure there would be no need to be gay
No, I could not imagine that nor would I try. My imagination does have a limit. Like it or not the Bible states the matter very clearly. If you believe that God truly looks at the heart in this matter than the same could be said for someone who commits murder because in their heart it seemed right. God is not going to lower his standards just to meet ours. That He will never do. God will not turn a blind eye to any sin. He can't. When Jesus cried out on the cross, "Father, why have you forsaken me..." that was because that was the first time that God could not look on His Son because He was carrying our sins. If Gid was not even able to look on His own Son...why would or should we expect Him to ignore our sin?

Did these words come straight from God?
As a matter of fact...YES!

2Ti 3:16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Did these words come straight from God? Did he share these words directly with you? What I do know about God is that he is all that is good and what is good needs no discrimination
In a sense I suppose you could say they did. The words come from the Bible. The Bible IS His word. ...and yes God is Good. As for the last part...it makes no sense.

So we should use Leviticus 20:13 as instruction in righteousness?

The way I see it people seem to like the "profitable" part of this verse but ignore the "reproof, correction and instruction" part.

Leviticus 19:23-24. "When you enter the land and plant all kinds of trees for food, then you shall count their fruit as forbidden. Three years it shall be forbidden to you; it shall not be eaten. 24'But in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy...."

So we should use Leviticus 20:13 as instruction in righteousness?
More like this...

Joh 8:1
Jesus went unto the mount of Olives.
Joh 8:2 And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them.
Joh 8:3 And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,
Joh 8:4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.
Joh 8:5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?
Joh 8:6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.
Joh 8:7
So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them,He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
Joh 8:8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.
Joh 8:9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
Joh 8:10 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her,Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?
Joh 8:11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

We are not to condemn. Only to show the sinner the error of their ways.

We focus on one law from Leviticus, yet we pretty much forget about the other 612 laws eh?

God would not condemn? This is a wicked thought. That is because the unjust God you speak of is made up and doesn't exist. The real God the one of the bible is just and will call into account every sin committed by each individual (lies, thefts, blasphemy ect...) on the day of judgment and those who are found guilty of sin, their conscience bearing witness against them, will be destroyed with eternal fire.
If God lets a single sin go unpunished than God becomes unjust. God is just and shows no partiality toward any man and must see that every sin is in fact accounted for. This is out of his love for us that all justice must be served. But there is good news for any sinner who will accept it...

This is the whole purpose of the atonement of sins through Jesus Christ, his blood was shed on the cross that our sins may be paid for and that we would no longer be under the judgment for our sins. Furthermore his blood not only pays the price of sin it also is a ransom by which a sinner is freed from the bondage of sin.

The bible says God so *loved (agape; charity, meaning gave the world what it needed out of goodwill) that he gave his one and only son, that who so ever believe in Him will not perish but have ever lasting life. For God did not send his son into the world to condemn it, but that through Him (Jesus) the world might be saved. John 3:16-17

Praise Jesus who will bring to justice all the wickedness of the world!

So you are comparing Loving someone to Killing someone???? What are Gods Standards? How could one know the standards of God? Is Love a Sin? Maybe it is your discrimination which seems right?

If you check the footnotes in your bible you'll likely note that this story is a later addition not found in any of the early manuscripts so. . .yeah. Why should we pay attention to this story which was added later to copies of the NT and ignore the clear proscription in Leviticus to kill homosexuals? I thought ALL scripture was useful for instruction of righteousness.

How can you say my God is unjust and made up? How can you say you are a christian and judge my faith and my God, my God is the God of all God's, the God who's son is Jesus Christ, are you implying he is made up? or that I made him up? Do you listen to the words man has published? or to God? because someone before quoted me this if it helps

Oh so this was not published by man then? but by the Lord himself? So this could not have possibly been altered somewhere among the many years it has been around and re-published? And if I were to tell you that Jesus Christ came and told me I was a prophet would you believe that was ludicris? or would you take my word? or would you need to speak to Jesus himself to believe me?

It is my job as a Christian to discern what is of God and what is not. The issue is you do not understand Gods love includes perfect justice. The words you yourself said contradict the scriptures and make void the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Haven't you read in your bible '' There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus our Lord.''

You in your own words are denying the very perfect work of Christ by which there is no other salvation, those who deny him Christ Jesus will deny to the father.

Do you think LovelyU that you have the right to define what is good and just? Your very mind is corrupted because of sin.

You are no prophet you defy the very words of God, and thus rebel against him. May you perish with your lies and deceit because you pervert the very Gospel of God for which the blood of saints was shed and Jesus himself also died for. Your condemnation is just.

To say ''God will not condemn'' is a lie from the very pit of Hell from which the spirit which you claim made you a prophet comes from.

Doesn't it contradict the scriptures to say that homosexuals shouldn't be killed?
