God FREELY "Makes one righteous" because Of His SON's Precious BLOOD,
not because one "EARNS it by not practicing sin!" Please Get WASHED In IT!

Precious friend(s):

Grace, Peace, And JOY In Christ, And In His Word Of Truth, Rightly
Divided
(+ I and II)!
1John chapter 3 is a mirror for all to peer into. It shows who are Gods children and who are the devils children--It says-Its impossible for a child of God to practice even 1 sin. Means if one practices a sin they are not a child of God. Jesus teaches the same at Matt 7:22-23--no matter what they are told or think they do or love Jesus if they work iniquity( practice a sin) they will hear those words as judgement.
None are righteous that practice a sin.

Its about both sides. One must learn what to do and what not to do. Jesus was clear at Matt 7:21-23--Only those living now to do his Fathers will get to enter his kingdom( be saved)--And Jesus summed up his Fathers will in a single teaching--Man does not live by bread alone, but by EVERY utterance from God.= OT-NT 1540 pages give or take of his Fathers utterances. Takes years of study and i believe it never stops, because being in an imperfect state, things are forgotten over time.
And Jesus went on to say to those who think they are his in verse 22-23( judgement) - Get away from me you who work iniquity(practice a sin) i must confess, i never even knew you. So one must learn what God dislikes as well so as not to displease him-that is the fear of God, not in a remorseful way, but fear of displeasing him. One cannot be righteous in Gods view if they practice a sin.
. the idea is if I learn to love right from Jesus thou shalt nots are going to be kept already without even hearing it

what I’m saying is this

Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭13:8-9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

it’s about learning how to live a pleasing life to God because of you learn how to live a pleasing life you don’t need to learn how not to live a pleasing life to God it’s a simple point

Do I serve God by hearing what not to do ? Or by learning what he teaches us to do ?

mostly however jesus is teaching us how to think about God and ourselves and how to have control over our mind and heart

What I’m saying is the gospel teaches believers “ speak the truth “

“ don’t lie “ has become irrelevant at that point because the two are contrary of I speak truth I won’t lie

Love your brother , that eliminates the need to hear “ don’t kill your brother “

If we learn what to do what not to do becomes totally irrelevant

I think your saying “ before you know what sin is you need to learn what sin is “ which I agree with that tha e what the law of Moses was given for

“Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭3:19-20‬ ‭

The world had to have sin defined “ thou shalt not kill “ thou shalt not lie “ thou shalt not commit adultery “

thats what defines sin for the world. The Thou shalt nots tell us what sin is

“Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭3:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

That isn’t what saves us or can save or justify us we can spend our whole life learning what sin is and it won’t help it actually produces sinful lust as we learn about more and more sin lusts we didn’t know before

“Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.

But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.

For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died. And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death. For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭7:7-11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

When you tell a sinful human “ don’t commit adultery “ it’s a provocation to thier sinful nature it creates a rebellious desire because we are corrupt at heart that’s why we need a New Testament

Teaching us how to live an upright life before God

there’s a reason Jesus didn’t teach like Moses did why it’s so contrary

speak the truth in love

is better than “ don’t lie “

take care of your brother “ you are your brothers keeper “

Is better than don’t kill your brother

Love and honor you spouse and the commitments you made

Is better than don’t commit adultery

If we accept what’s better what is less is irrelevant

if I do what’s right no one needs to teach me not to do wrong is the point

So you believe that you have to repent more than once or you lose your
salvation,right?

It appears to me that once you're in, there's no way out.

John 5:24 . . I assure you: those who listen to my message, and believe in
God who sent me, have eternal life. They will never be condemned for their
sins, but they have already passed from death into life.

The kind of life Jesus spoke of in that promise is eternal life (John 10:27-28)
which is life that's immune to the wages of sin, viz: once someone obtains
eternal life; they're stuck with it.

Nope. but WHEN we (you and I) SIN, then we need to confess, and repent of it, so that our advocate can cleanse it.
The OLD Assemblies of God used to be "one strike and you're OUT", but not so much any more. It's MY OPINION that we're less "Secure" than TULIP says we are, and "MORE SECURE" than Arminians say we are.

Frankly not something I worry about. It's only "Theology" after all.

And Paul was clear at 1 Cor 6:9-11--Galations 5:19-21, where he mentions spiritism. The Greek word = Pharmacia, thus drug addiction is apart of spiritism--Both lists say that one practicing one of those sins will not inherit Gods kingdom. It means they will not be saved. 1Cor 6:9-11 is clear when it says--that is what some of you were= past tense, those did this Acts 3:19-repent and turn around( stop doing those sins) to get sin blotted out. Along with all false god worship on earth, i believe 99% minimum do 1 of those. Probably why Jesus compares these last days to Noahs day( 99.9% mislead) Luke 17:26, and teaches-Few will find the road that leads off into life.( Be saved)-- I say one of the biggest problems is that those who are blind guides assure others they are saved. Those that do those sins. Even though he does not know who is saved, yet they go through life believing him and do not obey God and his son.

Acts 3:19--Repent and turn around to get sin blotted out= The stopping of the doing of that sin is turning around. As 1 Cor 6:9-11 clearly shows in the words--That is what some of you were= past tense, they did Acts 3:19 as i described it.

yeah Paul’s one explaining that love fulfills the law though

If you learn to speak truth you’ll never need anyone to tell you “ don’t lie “ you have to tell liars “ don’t lie “ seems a basic point

I like what you said about “obeying Jesus

is this the type of thing that your talking about obeying ?

“But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.

And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat also.

Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again. And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.

But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom.

For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: he is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.

But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭6:27-32, 35-38, 46-49‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Since you seem to be all about obeying the lord Jesus does that describe your daily behavior ?

Or do you still have a lot of growing to do just to meet that one short section of what Jesus said to do ?

and notice “ don’t lie , don’t cheat , don’t steal “

a would be totally irrelevant if you focused on living like Jesus is teaching there in just that short section

Do you obey Jesus always brother ?

also consider that the more someone understands , the more they are accountable for

So you believe that you have to repent more than once or you lose your salvation, right?
a salvstion is a sure hope presented to us a faith an offer if we believe we shall be saved

“Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭2:15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Is it something she already has and can lose ? Or a sure promise ahead of her and an exhortation to continue in faith ?

salvation is something we’re promised as disciples of Jesus not a possession to keep or lose

Yes obeying God and Jesus. Jesus taught--Man does not live by bread alone, but by EVERY utterance from God= OT-NT years of study over and over, it never stops. Few bother. There will be no excuse for not knowing. The bible has been there for over 1500 years. Its each ones responsibility to learn and apply.
Obeying = to the best of ones ability, 24/7--365. As Jesus was our example to follow. One must disown self to follow Jesus-Mark 8:34-- They must do as Jesus said at Matt 6:33--Therefore, keep on seeking- FIRST- the kingdom and his( YHWH(Jehovah) righteousness and all these things will be added( sustenance, covering, spirituality) --Many claim to follow Jesus yet few even know what he actually taught.

brother if you get a hundred Christian’s together they arent going to all know the same things they are going to be held accountable for what they know themselves.

you can’t generalize faith its a personal matter between you and Jesus based on what you have heard from the gospel

for instance teacher understands a lot and so because of that

“Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly.”
‭‭James‬ ‭3:1‬ ‭NIV‬‬

This isn’t regarding wrong teaching but the more you understand and proclaim to others is setting your own standard of judgement.

everyone in Christ is at a very different stage of understanding some are just now being born in him others have been going a little while others are old in him

The analogy of babes and maturity is drawn from life a baby knows baby things hats all they need to know they don’t go to work pay bills they don’t have any clue what a mature person knows the babes belong To God also but they are t expected to know what they don’t know thier babes so they need baby food and then there’s solid food for those maturing

What you believe there about everyone else is going to be what judgement you yourself receive I’m positive there’s a lot you don’t yet know , that I don’t yet know . I’m seventy , and still can open the Bible and learn something new

But I understand fourty years ago I didn’t know half of what I do now , in those days I was accountable for what I did know , now I can’t pretend I don’t know and go back to a lesser maturity or accountability I can’t go back to mamas lap but that’s because I’m no longer a babe

Its just like life were born and that’s enough , when it’s time to get off the bottle it’s time Time learn a new thing , then after that I learn to walk might take some time , then I learn about kid stuff , then older kid stuff then young adult stuff eventually I become mature and need the meat and potatoes and the bottle no longer nourishes me

babes

“as newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:”
‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭2:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

but then after some time you arrive in a different place but some aren’t able yet it doesn’t exclude them from brotherhood in Christ it means they need to hear and learn

“And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭3:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

some can hear something physically like a baby but the baby doesn’t really know what your saying because they aren’t capable they aren’t yet developed eventually they need a rebuke so they will start eating the nature food because it’s time to get off the bottle

“For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭5:13-14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

what I’m saying is your speaking as if we are all the same ll at the same place same maturity that’s absolutely not how it works it’s a life long process of growing in faith and our standard is what we actually understand ourselves of the gospel

no one else is going to be judged by what you know , that’s for you to live up to

and one else is going to be judged by what I know that’s for me

“Yes obeying God and Jesus.”

Both of them ???

I and my Father are one.”
‭‭John‬ ‭10:30‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.”
‭‭John‬ ‭20:27-29‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭5:20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“When you say God and Jesus “

are you talking about Moses law and the gospel ? That might be why your looking at it like a list of rules

The law and the prophets were until John:

since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭16:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“For the law was given by Moses,

but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.”
‭‭John‬ ‭1:17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Christian’s are only of the gospel that’s where they are born and where they learn and meet thier God and that’s what they follow after

they don’t follow what Moses said to do

“And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭19:21‬ ‭KJV‬‬

they belong to Jesus the lord instead so they are called to the contrary behavior

“Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:

but I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:38-39‬ ‭KJV‬‬

they don’t obey what Moses said

“And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.”
‭‭Leviticus‬ ‭20:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

christ doesn’t teach that he teaches us not to cast stones at sinners like an adulterer because we’ve sinned also that’s the opposite of bieng commanded to stone sinners to death

One final example Christian’s don’t follow Moses teachings

“When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house. And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man's wife.”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭24:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

But Jesus said this opposite thing

“And the Pharisees came to him, and asked him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife? tempting him. And he answered and said unto them, What did Moses command you? And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement, and to put her away.

And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept.

And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭10:2-5, 11-12‬ ‭

there isn’t God and Jesus brother there’s the law of Moses and the gospel the word of our lord Jesus Christ which is the commandment of God

“He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.”
‭‭John‬ ‭12:48-

theres just getting to know the true Jesus presented to man in the gospel and following him home

At that’s sort of my point if we obey Moses law we’re not able to obey the gospel of we’re looking at the “ thou shalt nots “ you can’t hear what is being commanded for us to do it’s like a veil over our eyes when you read thou shalt nots of Moses law

what we want to learn and follow after even as imperfect as we are yet is the things jesus says lead to everlasting life in his kingdom that’s the beginning and end of our faith and doctrine if we follow jesus we’re not going to have to be corrected our sin because he teaches us righteousness the opposite of sin

a salvstion is a sure hope presented to us a faith an offer if we believe we shall be saved

The part where It say "If" has got to be talking about a person In the continued sanctification process and not positional salvation because the promise Is sure but If a person sins as for as sin In the flesh towards other men they might die by the hands of another man but the soul SHALL be saved.

“Yes obeying God and Jesus. Jesus taught--Man does not live by bread alone, but by EVERY utterance from God= OT-NT years of study over and over, it never stops. Few bother. There will be no excuse for not knowing”

brother if you get a hundred Christian’s together they arent going to all know the same things they are going to be held accountable for what they know themselves.

you can’t generalize faith its a personal matter between you and Jesus based on what you have heard from the gospel

for instance teacher understands a lot and so because of that

‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭5:13-14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

what I’m saying is your speaking as if we are all the same ll at the same place same maturity that’s absolutely not how it works it’s a life long process of growing in faith and our standard is what we actually understand ourselves of the gospel

no one else is going to be judged by what you know , that’s for you to live up to

and one else is going to be judged by what I know that’s for me
Jesus assured all the Father only accepts worship in spirit and TRUTH-John 4:22-24--The first 5 letters of righteous says it all. Many spots in NT speaks about one having an accurate knowledge.

Yes they are one, in purpose--The Fathers will is what gets accomplished by Jesus and every true follower, without fail-Matt 7:21-Its how we become one with them. Jesus only spoke what his Father told him to say-John 5: 19,30

Jesus assured all the Father only accepts worship in spirit and TRUTH-John 4:22-24--The first 5 letters of righteous says it all. Many spots in NT speaks about one having an accurate knowledge.
an accurate knowledge ?

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

is that fools gold or accurate ?

“But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; to declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭3:21-26,

It seems foreign to you but that’s where a person starts that’s the point God accepts them that’s the point they have been justified not by anything work but by belief in the atonement God made for them

belief in Jesus whether you only know a little or a lot saves souls , what you know becomes your own standard as you learn you grow in understanding and capacity to walk in it

No one has to study the Bible thirty years to be saved they have to believe the gospel to be saved whether they know John 3:16 or every word of all four gospel accounts doesnt matter in the beginning

a believer the rest of their life are going through a process of God changing them as they learn his word

The part where It say "If" has got to be talking about a person In the continued sanctification process and not positional salvation because the promise Is sure but If a person sins as for as sin In the flesh towards other men they might die by the hands of another man but the soul SHALL be saved.
“If" has got to be talking about a person In the continued sanctification process and not positional salvation because the promise Is sure”

the promise is sure but it’s what he said though the “if you “ is part of the promise he made us .

See this is a promise by Jesus

“Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word,

then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:31-32‬ ‭KJV‬‬

That is the promise he made it doesn’t say but what it says “if you continue in my word , then you’ll be my disciples receive this knowledge of the truth and freedom “

I can’t dissect this and say well I don’t need to continue in his word I’m a disciple either way and I’ll know the truth and be set free either way “ or else I’ve changed Gods word because I refuse to accept it

“Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭2:15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

That verse there has context so it’s not in a vacuum I hope you don’t taken that wrong Paul’s discussing the curse upon Adam and Eve and relating that to women still for some reason is what leads to that but I just quoted it because it shows our role is to continue on forward as followers that’s the condition it doesn’t matter how perfectly we follow but that we are always pressing forward in him continuance or perseverance

if ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;”
‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1:23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

you see it many ways the same principle

“Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God.

He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.”
‭‭2 John‬ ‭1:9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

See how the difference is who continues in the doctrine of Jesus ? And we aren’t going to be saved if we “ have not God “ because we refuse his doctrine

all ofn get idea is coming directly from Jesus and what he taught his disciples that’s why they teach it

“Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his Lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.”
‭‭John‬ ‭15:3-10, 12-15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Jesus is telling believers the truth that will save us “ he’s telling us how to be saved

Discipleship is what offers all the promises not perfection but discipleship is what conditions every promise he made and no where does he say “ regardless your saved “

it’s not that we lose salvation , we’re supposed to lose our selves in Christ and find salvation he’s saying “ if you keep faith in me you will surely without a doubt be saved “

But he isn’t saying “ whether you keep faith in me your saved by faith “ he’s pretty specific discipleship to Jesus Christ the lord is salvstion

Not perfection I say again but the commitment to follow after the lord and continue , persevere in that faith

Yes they are one, in purpose--The Fathers will is what gets accomplished by Jesus and every true follower, without fail-Matt 7:21-Its how we become one with them. Jesus only spoke what his Father told him to say-John 5: 19,30
Jesus is God in the flesh they aren’t just of the same purpose it’s him

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭9:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, And they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭1:23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Jesus is the only place where you find the father , son and holt ghost in one being he is the full expression of God

“For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.”
‭‭Colossians‬ ‭2:9‬

If you are looking at Jesus your looking at God , if you are hearing Jesus you are Hearing God

“And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

It’s not that he represented the same cause it’s that God became flesh and walked among us

“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1:1‬ ‭KJV‬

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.”
‭‭John‬ ‭1:1, 10‬ ‭KJ

“in whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: for by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: and he is before all things, and by him all things consist.”
‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1:14-

God the creator is Jesus before anyone knew him or his name this same God is Jesus before he came into the world speaking to the prophets

Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭43:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬
is this same God after he became flesh and shed his blood

“I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.”
‭‭John‬ ‭20:28-

there’s one lord and God it’s jesus the only difference in the Old Testament and new is that he was not visable in the ot not knowable until he came into the world and revealed himself to mankind

The father son and holy ghost aren’t three seperate they are one God

“For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭5:7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

and jesus is when they are all manifest in one body

“For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.”
‭‭Colossians‬ ‭2:9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Jesus is himself God who is a spirit , manifest in The flesh so we can hear and know him so we can receive the correct understanding of God

“And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭5:20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

That understanding is found in the gospel of Jesus Christ who is our lord

John 10:11 . . I am the good shepherd

Jesus appears to be pretty low on the quality scale because above him is
better and best.
