Obviously, you are attempting to get a point across, but I have no idea what it is.
The Ten Commandments were put in a really fancy box and the other laws were not. This means the ten commandments were special...like REALLY special.

Now in Revelation 11:19 the ark of the covenant which holds the ten commandments is seen IN HEAVEN IN THE TEMPLE OF GOD! The rest of the law was not!

So on top of the list of verses I put the ten commandments are really really really really really REALLY special and important. Why would God put the Isrialites through so much trouble for ten random laws that were going to be done away with? And then why would God put old laws that were done away with IN HIS TEMPLE IN HEAVEN??? Give me a Biblical answer please.

You do know that the arc (and the tablets) disappeared almost 600 years before Christ was born, right? They were no longer around to be worshiped. The temple talked about all through the latter part of the Bible was built with an EMPTY chamber of the Holy of Holies. All Israel had after returning from captivity in Egypt were the laws Moses wrote on parchment.... the whole bunch of them.

Only the penalty was done away with. God still doesn't want you to lie, steal, commit adultery, covet, murder. He wants you to honour your parents, not take his name in vain, nor make graven images and he wants you to love him above all else. And christians in their heart want that too, for the law got transferred onto the heart, it is no longer an external law.
Zo I am puzzled- genuinely as to why there is so much talk of the ten commandments. Its like discussing endlessly the twelve times table when you know it off by heart.
Show me a christian who in their heart thinks its fine to lie, steal, murder, commit adultery and I will show you a fake

Little One. Try to get a whole lot better grip on Jesus and the Bible before you attempt to tackle Revelation. If you want to be broadsided by total confusion, jump into Revelation before you develop a foundation upon which to read that book.

There's good reason it was kept out of the Bible for more than 300 years. (And today's flood of wild theories and crazy book sales is just the tip of that iceberg.)

Christ IS the sabbath. When you understand that you will not be yoking yourself with legalistic dogma that sabbath is a day. The sabbath is EVERY DAY

Can you answer me honestly. Is Thi what you have been gearing up to,?

I mean, every christian is in agreement concerning the other nine, but they don't keep talking about the ten commandments because the law God requires them to keep is part of them, in their dna so to speak, in their most inward parts. The only contentious issue is the fourth one

Things aren't blowing up. The reason christians dont have to mention the ten commandments is because nine of them as written are instinctive to them. In their mind the instinctively know them and in their heart they want to obey them. I cannot stress This enough. The law God desires you to keep is within you under the new covenant, it wasn't under the old one. They spoke of the literal law, external to them, we have That law within us

So then how about responding to the post with a biblical answer? ;-) Cuz I really do want to know what your thoughts are on it and I'd there are any verses you can pull to back yourself up.

I only know about four people with whom I will bother to discuss The Revelation of Jesus as St. John envisioned it, and none of them are on this forum.

You have to go find yourself another dog if you want a fight in that pit.

Could you give a biblical answer for why you think the 10 commandments would still be inside the ark that is mentioned in Revelation 11:19 ???

Concerning the Sabbath read Hebrews chapters 2 and 3.

Our Sabbath rest is in Him, to rest on the 7th day is still beneficial for the body.

To esteem one day over others or to treat all days alike is not wrong in either stance as long as what we do those day or days is done for God.

You must understand that CHRIST FULFILLED therefore IS the sabbath. The whole OT points to Christ> the atonement.

Abrahams willingness to sacrifice his son was a foreshadow of what was to come> Gods sacrifice of his son the lamb of God. Just as Christ is the fulfillment of the days in the OT when the sabbath was a day to take off and REST otherwise the slave owners would have worked their slaves to death. Sabbath is REST.
If you want to enslave yourself to a day then you must do it fully. Sabbath is not worship but it is RESTING.

Do not do anything that is deemed work, not even cooking in your microwave. You must have the appearance of resting the entire day. Dont you see how absurd this is? You will bound yourself to LAW. There is freedom in CHRIST who is the SABBATH every single day!

I pray to God that you havent gotten yourself entangled in the SDA church. You may as well become a RC. They are both in great error
