Elijah to come vs Antichrist

top Christians know this....yet the world is looking for the wrong man first...which is not surprising...few are looking for Elijah or a Elijah like man....

What are "top Christians"? The Bible knows nothing of such.

and the Whole Bible says the same thing to everyone for its of no private interpretation....if you master all 66 books and 31,102 verses over lots and lots of hours reading and studying and implimenting the whole thing in context you can hold all truth that is promised in the Bible

Actually, Peter's words are, "no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation." In other words, genuine prophecy, as recorded in Scripture, is not the product of human imagination. We cannot understand even the most basic truth of Scripture in the absence of interpretation. The very fact that we read it in English means we are using interpretation.

The quote of restoring all things is future and John the Baptist did not restore all things...so remember one man comes before the trib...and if the world does not accept his message then the trib comes...given the trib comes...it would seem He will not be well received by many...nor his Moses counterpart...he will pass thru the rapture as the ANTICHRIST and false prophet will....

Daniel is exact about the Rome coming after Greece the fourth beast...all study Bibles know Some is rev 17 and 18....the city on 7 hills is not in Iraq but Rome...

And the Vatican was always held as antichrist for Christians of old...now the reformation is being ruined by Billy Graham and others...but Rome will pay double for its lies

Daniel doesn't make it clear that the Antichrist comes from Rome at all. None of the prophets indicate a Roman Antichrist. The Roman Antichrist theory is a modern Western interpretation.

Have you considered that the two witnesses show up as part of the second woe, which is well into the tribulation?

Have you considered that Daniel says that the man of sin will worship a god that the fathers did not know? Not that it is an excuse for the other idol worshipping false religions, but that this would indicate that the final false religion will be something totally new?

The 4 beasts of Daniel are so clear and the ANTICHRIST rises from the 4th beast..a child could see it and Rev 17 and 18 pin point the whore as being on 7 hills...Rome...golden cup...the false mass....it says that God wants Catholics to come out so they do not get the plagues...Daniel was sealed up till the end...no one not even Paul knew Daniel then...it was hidden till now...its like thinking Mormons and all their lies are saved...its a lie because people don't want to go save them...but I go into Mormon and Had and Catholic churches to reach people and Mormons will say you don't have to be born again...i have listened to them say it and Jesus and Satan are brothers...all nonsense

Galatians 1 8-9 says you preach any other gospel you are under a curse...even an angel comes down don't believe them...no Morni angel is going to fool a strong Christian...John MacArthur is good at calling false teachers on the carpet...

All of it is known...if we all come with different views then it looks so bad to the unsaved...every scripture means the same to all...people just don't know their Bible they have 99% of people never given it 50 times thru to get to it all in context...God is not Catholic...He hates it as JW etc...

So Rev is not to be messed with...its not open for all to give what they think for the Bible says it and it's revealed and people want sin...not to have God

According to Jesus, Elijah has already come:

From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been subject to violence, and the violent lay claim to it. For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until John. And if you are willing to accept it, he (John the Baptist) is the Elijah who was to come.

"The disciples asked Him, “Why then do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?”

Jesus replied, “Elijah does indeed come, and he will restore all things. But I tell you that Elijah has already come, and they did not recognize him, but have done to him whatever they wished. In the same way, the Son of Man will suffer at their hands.”

Then the disciples understood that He was speaking to them about John the Baptist.

John the Baptist came as a type of Elijah, fulfilling Mal.4:5-6.

The key phrase that Jesus said there was "if you are willing to accept it". But since the Jewish nation rejected their King and crucify him on the cross, John the Baptist will no longer be fulfilling Malachi.

Instead, during the Great Tribulation, Elijah himself will come at one of the 2 witnesses.

The meaning to Jesus sayin "if you are willing to except it" would be understood as "if you can comprehend it" John the Baptist was that Elijah who was to come.

Elijah coming as one of the two witnesses is only conjecture, because no where does it specifically state his name. It is assumed that Elijah is one of the two witnesses because of the similar plague of them being able to shut the sky so that it doesn't rain. God can have any prophet do that.

The fact is that Jesus said that John the Baptist was that Elijah who was to come. It says that right in the scripture and still people argue about. Take it up with Jesus, he's the One who said it. I'm just quoting it.
