I heard that.....once I was teaching and I use a Cambridge King Jimmy black letter edition wide margin (look all words up in Greek and Hebrew)....anyway...was teaching and I read 1 (one) verse put of an amplifieversion and you would think the gates of hell were opened and the legions of hell came spewing forth.....I have found that most churches that have this King Jimmy only spirit are also very legalistic in their approach to the word....
LOL! I saw this video once of this preacher at some church that was KJVO and he started preaching against KJVO and the KJV, and was getting going on it, then the cultists stopped his message. Really weird to watch too, lol! I was "amening" that dude!

Then one talks of his ride a MGB
of this I won't rag
sense he now drives a Jag
as cool that seems to be
My dear a brother talks of his SUV
that's all good no gripes from me
and to think this all started with the KJV
I know I should let this be
while sitting here eating a BLT
Blessings

Looked at a few headings of the video's ""KJV supports paganisim"" and other negative KJV attacking headings...
When they title it like that, they are saying that that's what the critics always say. They refute those claims in the video.

It's the KJV.

Just another version. With several errors. Love the ESV, NASB, YLT, NKJV myself though. They all got rid of that stuff the KJV added in. I like my versions with no additives. :D
Allow me to interpret this...

The KJV is just another version like the ESV, NASB, YLT, NKJV.

However, the reason why I didn't put the NIV in with these is because its a cut above them. I am a closet NIVO.

This is what P4T really meant to say.

I need to be your stenographer.

I am King James only because I believe God left a perfect bible here on earth. There cannot be multiple perfect versions because they all say different things. I realize my stance annoys people. I shared this playlist for the King James supporters to watch and if anyone has a rebuttal please feel free to leave a comment on one of their vids. Not here to debate.

God said he would preserve his words here on earth.

Psalm 12:6-7
The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.
While I don't watch videos, I am fully in support of your position and it is the only valid position to hold regarding Bible versions. Since I have done the necessary research, I can say that without the shadow of a doubt the KJV has been under attack since the middle of the 19th century.

We could go into specifics as why and how modern versions are in fact corrupted Bibles, but I don't believe most of their adherents are interested in the specifics. For anyone who is, start by reading The King James Version Defended by by Edward F. Hills. Amazon.com offers this book. https://www.amazon.com/King-James-Version-Defended/dp/0915923009. They also offer many related books.

There are too many Christians who think that those who hold to the KJB are (a) fanatics, (b) idolators, (c) ignoramuses, (d) delusional or (e) just plainly mistaken. However the facts prove that they are the sanest and most consistent conservative Christians. If a Christian truly believes that the Holy Bible is the inspired, inerrant and infallible Word of God, then there cannot be twenty or thirty different versions vying for attention and claiming to be true. As one brother wrote in a pamplet many years ago "God Wrote Only One Bible".

Actually its the Authorized Version or the King Jame Bible and for over 300 years it was not "just another version" but the Bible in English. Since you are prepared to ignore that fact, how many other facts are you prepared to ignore? As to your comments about "additions" to the KJB, that's just pure nonsense.

Amazing playlist that supports the King James and refutes it's foolish attacks.
I'm with you, brother, but this is a futile and fruitless endeavor.
There are significantly more important fights that ought to be had.
Much of the world is under the delusion that evolution is true and that the Bible is not.

Thanks bro I'll check out this book! We have to believe that there is one true bible 100% authored by the Holy Ghost otherwise Revelation 22:18-19 would apply to absolutely no one.

"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."

I was gonna say that earlier but I decided to leave it alone. But yea I agree with you. The KJB is THE word of God in the English language. There's only one true English bible. You can't go around reading multiple versions and then say they're all okay to read. They're all different.

Wouldn't call it futile or fruitless bro. I said before that I was not here to start a war or debate. This post was for fellow KJB readers to enjoy and if anyone had a problem they could take it up with the actual people in the videos, but instead they just sit safe here on this website and troll.

Right! The pastor from that YouTube channel I shared is willing to debate anyone who comments on their videos as long as they're not being extremely childish and jokey. Was not trying to make this a long post. The insight is in the videos not on this CC post.

You have shared it and let those who wish to recieve do so and for those that don't refuse.. it would be kinder to leave your post without the jest that follows.. but you will learn that many view cc and you know not if you just delivered something for someone.. just because it is not openly received means not that no one received....

Don't be put off by the jesting.... that is why I write to you.. without your video I prefer to use kjv and if I shared why I would become the rabbit in the headlight... not that I mind but I shared it many moons ago here... and are not compelled to at this time.

Anyhow I wanted you to know that and have probably bored you out of your own thread.. hehe....

I actually had a spiritual experience when I first read the King James and that is one of the reasons why I stick with it. Don't worry I'm not bored, I love your comments lol. I'm glad you read the true word of God! And btw its not just one video, its an entire playlist with 25 videos and more to come (as far as I know).

Hi "South Fla" hope this finds you dry......lol.....

I did not get into the first vid you posted too far before I had a problem with what he was saying..... Before I go on, Let me say:

Thank you for the video(s) and I will continue watching them. The author is going in the right direction and I would hope/Pray that he convinces many who are trying to decide which Bible to get.... The KJV, is hard to be beaten, especially when backed up with the Texus Receptus, Latin Vulgate, Septuagint, Hebrew manuscripts, Aramaic writings, etc. including transliteration at our very finger tips , the computer. This is the knowledge that Jesus Spoke of. An increased Knowledge of the Bible.

Daniel 12:4.." But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased."

The KJV is as close to the originals as it can be with all the transliteration from Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic, etc. to English. In addition, there are several places where the verses and chapters end or begin where they should not be. This is caused by the fact that Verses and Chapters were not part of the originals and were introduced in the late 1400-early 1500's. Now this does not prevent a diligent student of the Bible from getting the correct interpretation(s) of these verses and chapters but it does account for the 1% error present in the KJV that was printed in the 1600's. After that I believe the Bible was copied exactly word for word simply because it was not handwritten so many times.(a gift from GOD)..The Gutenburg printing press stopped a lot of errors in this respect.

The Septuagint LXX is as close as one can get to the original Hebrew manuscripts. Even then the transliterations that had to take place takes its toll. Yes, God is in control and Yes, God's inspired Word (ALL OF IT) will be perfect in HIS eyes. If it is not, I believe He will not let it happen or He will let it happen to people who are a little wanting for the scriptures from the Bible and do not care where they get it from.

We have today many different versions of the Bible. Most of those are being "Politically Correct" or trying to make it easier to read..... Also some versions are genetically corrected where instead of Man it is person and so-on....

My question to those who accept or believe those other versions is this.......In fifty years from the rewriting of those versions of today(2017), will the people then (future) recognize that the words of 2017 introduced to the Bible need to be put back to the originals before they change them to fit that future time period. In other words, if they don't then they are not correcting a course change but rather exasperating it. They will add NEW meaning(s) based upon their time period opinions which are based upon 2017 opinion. You can see where I am going here.

Satan knows what he is doing..... To steer a ship off course is hard not to be noticed unless one only changes its course 1-2 degrees. By the time the error is recognized the Ship is hopelessly far off course.

Thank you again.

If this verse based your profound life belief about the KJV, I must disappoint you. It means that God will preserve His people. You must read the context.

5 "Because of the misery of the poor, and because of the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the Lord, I will set them in safety; I will speak to them thereof openly.
6 The oracles of the Lord are pure oracles; as silver tried in the fire, proved a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
7 Thou, O Lord, shalt keep us, and shalt preserve us, from this generation, and for ever."
