is it really a sin, just asking? Jesus never said a word about it. And if it's because the Old Testament said so, well then should we not eat shellfish, wear clothes woven with different fabrics, and eat pork? So we should still live by O.T laws? As for the New Testament, doesn't the original language just refer to Male Prostitution, Molestation, Promiscuity, and not committed same-sex relationships? Paul may have spoken against homosexuality, but he also said that women should be silent and never assume authority over a man, so should modern-day churches live by all of Paul's values? And doesn't the Bible define marriage as one man many wives, and many concubines, a rapist and his victim, and conquering soldier and female prisoner of war? And if it's because God made Adam And Eve and not Adam and Steve, then wasn't that just when the earth wasn't populated, and there are now billions of people - breeding isn't an issue anymore. Another thing, didn't it actually say 'Boy shall not lay with man', but it was originally written in Greek, and the meaning was lost in the translation and it was talking about Pedophilia, not homosexuality?
Again, just asking; credit to an image I saw, these ideas aren't mine, but what I saw made me think. thanks!
