Of course angels do not create anything, but that is not the issue. The issue is whether they
procreated and produced giants, mighty men, and men of renown, and the Bible confirms that.

JUDE 1
6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
8 Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.
Please note *in like manner* which connects the sexual sins of the angels with the sexual sins of Sodom and Gomorrah -- *going after strange flesh*.
First of all, might we consider that the thing that "not having kept[-in-tact] their own domain [G746] but having left their own dwelling [G3613]" could possibly mean, is that they were wanting to go "higher" rather than "down lower" (to humans), especially if you consider that Isaiah 14:12-20's "Lucifer" refers to "Satan" (if you do) and his 5 "I will's" ? ("I will ascend into heaven" … "above the heights of the clouds"... "I will be like the most High," etc)...
And then, where it says, "in like manner," I think it says, "in like manner with them"... meaning (in connection with the previous part of this same verse), the cities surrounding Sodom and Gomorrah were doing the same things they were doing "in like manner
with them"... and that was, "giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh" (which that last phrase could mean, "going after those who were
not their own wives/spouses"--Adam said of his own wife, "this
is now bone of my bones, and flesh
of MY flesh"--"'
other flesh' not of his own flesh" would have been another's wife [had there been other ppl at the time, which I realize there was not, but you get my point, I trust]). That's how I'm seeing it.
Now the first word in the sentence "As" does compare what is stated in the previous verse, but not this "in like manner with them" WITHIN the one verse (which is just telling how both Sodom/Gomorrah AND the cities surrounding them, did the same thing...)
