Judas could not lose something he did not have! he is dead and does not exist he knows nothing he is dead and that is why it is called death.

Mac.
If Jesus chose someone who was bad to preach the gospel, then it would have been deceptive on behalf of the Lord to have people who are supposed to be good in showing the good Kingdom of God (and yet in secret they were really evil). Why would God choose someone evil to represent His good Kingdom? Does that not bother you that the Lord would do that? Do we let evil people secretly take positions that are good today? In other words, you are saying he sent out a wolf among wolves when in reality Jesus said to the disciples that he sent them out as sheep among wolves.

Jesus is talking past tense of how he has chosen the disciples. Then he says one of them is presently a "devil." This does not mean Judas was a devil when Jesus chose Judas. Judas was Christ's familar friend that betrayed him according to Psalm 41:9. You cannot betray someone if they were never in allegiance to you in the first place.

For example: I can say I bought a perfectly good new pair of shoes and yet also immediately say one of the shoes is bad by because part of the sole pealed back. This does not mean I picked a perfectly good pair of new shoes with one of them being bad intentionally.
That may be so but I'll bet some poor Chinese kid was having a bad day when he glued the sole on your shoes.

But Jason Jesus chose us who are evil to be His bride, His body, His representative.
And you have missed the point about the message. The message is the life not the believer. We are merely the vessel.

In your mind you think things are cut and dried, when everything is a kind of grey sludge, which when washed off will reveal the true work. For the saved it will be glorious, for the unsaved there will be nothing left. Until that day dawns no one will truly know, but that is the point, we do not need to know, we just need to learn love from the heart.

I cannot make someone be like this, I can but encourage, water and help Gods seed and fruit. Your problem is you want to be able to sort it out now, when that has never been the case.
No, believers are not evil in the present tense. They were evil in the past but they are not that way anymore. Please read Ephesians 4:17-27.

So blind.

Judas was called a thief from the beginning. You claim a person can not be saved living in sin, yet here was Judas living in sin from the moment Jesus chose to have him walk with him.

You contradict yourself so many times, and you can;t even see it. and you wonder why people say your a blind pharisee.

another contradiction.

They are not evil now but in the past. then how could they ever lose salvation.

Are they born of God, given the spirit of God, sealed by God, empowered by God or not??

Make up your mind.

I do not think you are replying to what I posted you are not even close to what I said. I think you had the same problem in another post sorry but I really think it is to hard for me to follow your replies.

The dead are still dead.
