Oh. Well this was his post

You still talking about what God has not done for you? What have you done for you. God gave you life. What have you done for him? What do you think God is...a free shopping mall? You have most of these people fooled. I know you need attention, but not this kind. You can make real friends here. These are good people, and I think you are too. So why don't you stop the poor me stuff, and tell us about you. I got kids. I can spot a good kid ten miles away who's hurting. Tell us what's going on with you. We will listen because we care.

You clearly don't understand the fall of man.
Why did God put the tree in the garden if he knew it would cause the fall of man which would result in so much suffering?

Why should we be held responsible for the actions of two people in paradise eons ago?

Not all suffering is immoral.

None the less, God does all things to glorify his name.

Why should we be held responsible for the actions of two people in paradise eons ago?
Why shouldn't we? Is there something wrong with that?

Honestly, I'm not sure if it was the right respones or not. Usually if I don't responed to a specific point that means I'm in agreement with it.

But saying God gave me life so what have I done for him, means he hasn't realised that being alive is the main reason I'm questioning God in the first place. And I don't like myself so obviously I'm not going to go anything for myself.

And I've told you guys more than I've told anyone so I'm not sure about saying more.

All I meant was he wanted you to change the subject and to talk about your life more, and you did not do that.

To your point: your bio says you are not a Christian, so you cannot be expected to know this: You are not supposed to do things for God, you are supposed to do things with God, by His empowerment. You don't have to like yourself to do them, He likes you enough for the both of you. Although, we find that we wind up liking ourselves, too, just because He likes us so much. That is, all except when we think where we would be without His love. Then, we don't like ourselves too much either. That's we try to think and talk about Him so much. You have not experienced His love for you in any way you are aware of, so you can't understand this yet.

The bio should say not sure. I don't know how to change it.

As for everything else, I agree, but don't completely understand.

Able but not willing? Willing but not able? Or not there? Take your pick.
1) False trichotomy
2) Is it morally wrong?
3) Does God owe us?

Well for one we had nothing to do with it, obviously!
Not according to scripture, but none the less... is there something wrong with that?

From most screens, use the "forum actions" command (2nd from right, under "statements and articles"), and choose the "edit profile" command. that's the screen you want. "Unssure" is there to choose from.

If you are not sure, why do you think you might be? Why do you think you might not be?

In real life, do you find it hard to get along with people? I mean do you ever say these things
to your peers? What is their usual reaction? Do they agree/disagree?

Me? No.

Yese.

Varies per person.

Generally it sparks intellectual discussion, which is excellent. Interestingly enough, it hasn't for you. My perception has been that the Chinese are typically more intelligent than Americans and generally interested in intellectual discussions. You seem to go against the flow.

Well according to your beliefs most of the Chinese will be burnt in hell for eternity after they die, correct?

If they are not saved by God, yes, they will be quite toasty. Just like most Americans, Mexicans, Canadians, Europeans, etc.

Btw, just a warning, if I go silent soon, it's because I went to go read.
