God makes no mistakes. God needs no "human" defenders. This is a meaningless discussion.
Except for designing the male human prostate, which is prone to swelling, unnecessarily surrounds the urethra and presses up against the bladder.

Also, why do so many people need vision correction? Aren't we correcting the designer's mistakes?

I could go on and on...

Gid made them, he knew what they would do and how the would act, he made them anyway, they were all mistakes.
Without free choice God's creation would be no more than Puppets, and would not be able to state that God is LOVE. If no free choice he would be a puppet master a tyrant and who wants to serve a tyrant. People themselves are born selfish tyranta and learn good and bad, end up doing bad things to others and acting as if they are innocent or hide behind the cross saying well God already forgave me so I can do what I want cause I am forgiven
So far from truth and is why 1 cor. was written by Paul to them
God's cross is our rerstoration first by the death and then by the the resurrection which is waht one is called to
What a great salvation gift to actually apprerciate and be thankful in forever praising God all mighty

May it be that you take your Blessing of knowing the above and have compassion on those who know not.
Believe me, discussions of this sort does not benefit anyone a bit.

I'm so sorry you feel this way. God loves you, He loves everyone. You are not a mistake but you will make a mistake if you don't come to love God and obey His commands. What would be the point of only creating those who He knows will obey Him?
That would mean He made a bunch of robots. God made man and gave them a freewill. You can believe in Him and obey Him or not. I pray you will come to love God and obey His commands. If you do you will NEVER be sorry!! You will have eternal life with Him in Heaven. If you miss Heaven you missed it ALL!!

dekote,

i have been thinking of you since i came across this thread.
i once was young and alone and didnt feel very well. i did not reach out for help and it cost me dearly. do you have anyone where you live that you can confide in that can help you reason things out? a counselor, etc? and please forgive me if i have made any incorrect assumptions towards you - afterall this does come from my perspective.

i just feel you must be hurting a great deal and sometimes when you feel that way it is difficult to see a way out, to reason it out by yourself. you are not supposed to know everything - no one can. we need each other. human beings need other human beings. please remember to go easy on yourself. it is okay to ask for help. :)

and please know one thing as others have also told you:
You are not a mistake. Not now. not in the past. not in the future. not ever. not possible. :)

hang in there. you will be in my thoughts.

Some of it's sinking in.

But the whole 'God loves/cares about you' I can't believe.
I wish I could say "I get where you're coming from" but I don't know where you've been...
I can share with you that I once had that very same belief , Wich I walked in for about 30 years..
at the age of three , I was taken from my family and put into foster care.. I'm not sharing this with you for any other reason other than to let you know you arent alone, but that God Himself will and can if "you" will allow Him to.. Give you new thoughts to think upon..

In foster care is where I learned what not loving was.. Broken arm, broken heart, broken virginity , broken trust, broken security..everything in my three year old little world was shattered .. all my life I wondered how a good God could allow
So much "wrong" to come to a child.. I thought god hated me, I thought I wasn't suppose to exist ..I even thought I was a huge mistake.. I walked in that belief system for most of my life... I didn't want to know a God who would allow such atrocities to come to a three year old girl who had done nothing but be born.. Im sharing the following graphics, because I want you to know "how deep seeded" my rejection to come to know Him was.. at three I had my hair ripped out being pulled out of bathtubs , this was before and after the same foster parent broke my arm , I was beaten when naked with a wire hair brush , locked outside in storms, held down in a garage with my arms out and feet crossed, while being smothered ..molested among other things ,when I asked to be shown how to tie a shoe .. I was slapped instead of kissed , and rejected instead of accepted .. So I "understand" what your feeling like a mistake is like .. I didn't want to know or believe a God who allowed such things to happen to me . I wanted as far away from a God like that actually..
Well I went allright ..

I'm hear to tell you as well it is that very same God I cried out to still trying to be good .. I was so mad at Him I challenged him and was ready to die over it .. I wanted answers from Him .. Why??
when I saw the passion of Christ .. I saw that little girl "Me" .. For the first time I identified with Christ .. But jar hit me
Like a ton of bricks and brought me crawling to His feet was, God wasn't being unkind to me at all in those years.. he actually gave me a front row seat into His sons suffering .. Christ knew "exactly" what I had gone through.. better yet and the sweet fragrance that replaced all those horrific memories was and is still.. I came to" know" the suffering Christ went through for
me .. But I saw His suffering on a whole other scale .. what I went through was for one, " me"- I didn't do it willingly nor did I have a desire too.. I did it fighting the entire time to prevent it ..
Christ suffered much much worse , at the hands Of millions .. he did it willingly where I did not , he did it knowing where I dis not either... There is a verse that is one of my favorites ..
1corr 1:25
For the foolishness of God is wiser than all mans wisdom, and the weakness of God is greater than all mans strength ..

When I came to this meeting place with Christ , I can't tell you how foolish and selfish I felt, thinking I had suffered anything ....
I assure you, our God makes know mistakes :)

If wanting to know why I was put on this planet is treating God like a mall, then there's no point in this. I might as well be a robot.

One more thing .. If any of us suffer... We never do it Willingly..
I can assure you , what God has done is far greater and beyond where our minds wants to go ..And beyond our suffering ..
So when I think I am entitled too or have a right to anything ..
I think of Christ every time .. How he "willingly" gave up Hos rights, and gave up His entitlements to everything .. HE WHO HAD NO SIN IN HIM .. walked to the cross , willingly died on it , willingly suffered .. at any moment He could have proclaimed Himself God.. He could have taken us out .. Instead He took Himself out ..
you willing to do that or even a fraction of it? Let's go a little further ...how about doing it For free? He did, so we can go to Him directly.. With no permission from anyone .. God make a mistake??? No, we make a mistake not believing or coming knowing God ..

Everyone of us was created for one reason "one"... To be as it was suppose to be in the beginning ... In a relationship with Him.. For "His" enjoyment .. So answer yourself not me this question... Who has gotten the most enjoyment out of you? The world or God?

The world.
So thank you for proving that I am worth as much as an ant seeing as there are over 7 million of us.

How do you know? You say God's not telling you anything. So He could not have told you how much He is getting from having you be alive. I've got a good idea it's quite a lot. As much as you question Him, He is loving you extra hard just sending you here, and keeping you talking to us. He's trying extra hard to reach you. Are people in the world doing that?

Please clarify the word "mall" for me. Is that what you mean?

No, I just couldn't find the post, and I thought maybe you misspelled some other word. You don't think God is like a mall; you keep saying He is not giving you what you want. And can I point out that the apology shows you are trying to share God's love. Maybe what He wants inside you is happening whether you know it or not.
