The wedding already happened. There is no second wedding.
The context of the that parable was set at the end times. From Matt. 24:32 to the end of Matt 25 are all illustrations of what the end time will look like. Unless you're a preterist, this wedding has not taken place yet.

Even at the end times, there is only one wedding:

Matthew 22:3 And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.
8 Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.

They would not come, so God had to invite the great multitude out of all nations.

They would not come, so God had to invite the great multitude out of all nations.
That only rules out the pharisees, the narcissists who were full of themselves. They did not represent all Jews, let alone all Israelites. Just a reminder, the Ten Lost tribes have become a part of "all nations", they are like the prodigal son that returned to the Father when he repented; however, while the elder son was pissed off about that, the Father didn't give up on him, he went to him in person and pleaded with him to rejoice with others.
