James is pretty clear if we brake ANY of God's Law (10 commandments) then we are a TRANSGRESSOR of God's LAW

John is in agreement with James and states that if we TRANSGRESS God's LAW then we commit SIN because SIN IS THE TRANSGRESSION OF GOD'S LAW. So it is very clear that SIN is breaking ANY of God's LAW (10 commandments)

Well here we have Paul in agreement with James and John also telling us that SIN is breaking God's commandments and uses the 10th commandment as an example of breaking any of God's LAW (10 commandments) = SIN (Exodus 20:17)

The New Covenant is for God's Israel which represent God’s followers the believers. If you are not part of God's Israel you are not part of the New Covenant (Hebrews 8:10-12).

God's Israel are those that believe the Word of God and follow it and is why Jesus says If you love me keep my commandments (John 14:15)

Yep very clear what SIN is. James, Paul and John all agree that SIN is indeed breaking any of the 10 commandments.

Seems like Paul is ver adament that there is NO SUCH THING as Gentiles and JEWS in God's Word only BELIEVERS and UNBELIEVERS. Only God's Word is true and we should BELIEVE and FOLLOW him who calls us. If you are still in your SINS you do not KNOW him who calls you.

like this- 1st John 3 - the commands for N.T. believers - believe in the name of the Son and love one another. ( no Sabbath )

Romans 2 - Paul states gentles did not have the Law.

hi every one my teaching on the keeping of the sabbath is that Jesus fulfilled this by his death on the cross we enter into his sabbath rest by trusting in him. The sabbath was for the jews and was on the last day of the week saturday , our sunday is the first day of the week before work we honour the lord on that day it is nothing to do with the old law

To me this statement has some truth in it depending on how you interpret it. How I see it as being true is that Jesus was a perfect sacrifice who died for our sins but trusting him means BELIEVING and FOLLOWING EVERY WORD that proceeds out of the mouth of God through FAITH that works by LOVE.

What it is NOT saying however is that because Jesus was our perfect sacrifice we are free to brake ANY of God's Commandments. This is why it is written;

If we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
but a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries (Hebrews 10:26-27).

and again.....

He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him (1 John 2:4).

God's people in the wilderness did NOT enter into God's Sabbath rest because they did not BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's Word and this is the same warning to all today (Hebrews 3 and 4).

If we are KNOWINGLY braking ANY of God's 10 Commandments then we do not KNOW him who is calling us to FOLLOW him in LOVE because LOVE is the fulfilling of God's LAW in those who BELIEVE.

Now my friend COL 2:14-17 is what the OP is about if you believe the OP is not true please by all means adress the OP and not just the scriptures the OP is discussing. If you believe the OP is not true then state your case and explain why the scriptures in the OP disagree with your interpretation of them as well as everything sumarised in this post. If you cannot you should BELIEVE and FOLLOW the Word of God.

What we do find from Paul is instruction about the Sabbath as being insignificant and to not let anyone judge us about it, because it’s only a shadow.

Whereas the substance is Christ.

16 So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, 17 which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ. Colossians 2:16-17

But hey, if you do find something in the New Testament that does teach us how we are to observe the Sabbath, please let me know.
