Can you please post one verse from the New Testament saying clearly and explicitly that Christians are required to keep weekly Sabbath or are under the Old testament law?

If you cant, just say "No, I cant" so that we will save our time.

I believe I can post many verses... but you perceive not.. so you think I should say no as if to concede to your belief of no.. I Believe the Lord and that is where my heart is.. but you will not get a no.. because I could say please post the verse that specifically states we are not to.. and please don’t misuse Paul.. he Teaches the New Testament where the Just live by Faith.. where GOD writes His Law in our heart etc.. oppose to the deeds of the law not justifying ..

well, while we are asking questions about reading the whole Bible, how about responding to my question about 1st John chapter 3, where John explains the commands that we are to keep are believe in the name of the Son, and love one another. chapter 3.

nothing about Sabbath. care to address this, I asked you multiple times a couple of weeks ago, you said nothing.
What is your point?

There is nothing to address all things affirm.. you can divide the word of GOD and you can rightly divide the Word of GOD..

It is sad that professed Believers can not perceive they do not believe the Lord when they teach against a Commandment which He taught contrary to..

Ok, you can believe in various things.

But can you post one verse from the New Testament saying clearly and explicitly that Christians are under the Old Testament Law or required to keep weekly Sabbath?

I posted 3 or 4 clear scriptures about not keeping Sabbath and about Law not being required.

You posted only verses from which you need to imply what you believe, by various chains of opinions.

You can not post something that is not there.. because the Lord specifically said we are to Keep and teach even the Least Commandment.. do not accuse writers of opposing the Lord.. it is not so.

here is the point - in the 3rd chapter of his first letter, John said these are the commands- that we should believe in the name of the Son, and love one another.

that is in there, in black and white. so, do you think that John is reliable source, or is wrong for saying that? it is in the Bible, you lecture us about belief, so address what John said, or stop lecturing us about believing the Bible, when you appear not to believe that.

Of course I cannot post something that is not there. Thats why you cant post even one verse saying we are required to observe weekly sabbaths or that we are under the Old Testament law.

But I can post something that is there:

"It seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us not to burden you with anything [from the Law] beyond the following requirements:
You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things. Farewell."

(Acts 15:28-29)

-> These 4 things are the only things from the OT Law for Christians. And Paul even later said that we can eat food sacrificed to idols, if we do not have a problem with it, so, actually, only three remain.

Where do I state I do not Believe John? Does John not Affirm to the Lord’s Testament?

To believe the Lord is to understand John and how He is teaching good and Truth...not in place of but in line with the Lord.. they expand and address much that would of come to light for us in this day to learn of and Believe..

dance, duck, and dodge. people wonder why we believers are called hypocrites. here you have a case of someone who talks about the commands constantly, then when asked about a part of Scripture that specifically deals with commands, they refuse to comment on it.

no credibility here. just a refusal to acknowledge Scripture that defeats your agenda.

Oh my.. that is very short sighted.. But it helps me understand your mindset.. now I really hope you one day learn the Lord’s yoke is light and not a burden and learn of Him.. Love is not a burden.. and all that follows affirms and expands on the Lord’s Love for us..

Now you esteem this over the Words of Eternal life.. and I would suggest kindly you go build your house on the Good foundation by Believing first and foremost then receive those verses as part of your Liberty in Christ..

It does not nullify the Lord’s Testament... you are attempting to esteem it rather than accept it is part of and not the be all and end all... any verse could be used in this manner.. as we see from Trof.. I believe all.. and Grow in Grace and knowledge of Christ... first build your house on the Good Foundation.. then receive Theron ....

Now many will disapprove of the catholics for worshipping idols etc.. but they could use the same argument to permit that as many do to refuse the 4th Commandment is to be Kept..

of course it backs up the Lord's testimony- Jesus said who so ever believes in Him shall be saved. the whole Gospel of John. the same person wrote both of those. no mention of Sabbath keeping in the 3rd chapter of his 3rd letter.

John talks about keeping the commands all through the first part of that letters. then in chapter 3, he explains what they are. you refuse to acknowledge that clear connection. your rejection of Scripture has been pointed out. you either receive correction or you don't.

What correction are you actually proposing?

Where is my rejection?

John states we are to Keep the Commandments of GOD and they are not grievous etc.. we could go back and forth..

Give us explicit and clear verses. Do not speak about catholics or about what "many" will do or will not do, who read bible from first page to the last page...

Get to the topic.

Indeed.. each proposing our Beliefs.. receiving rep and likes does not equate Truth .. it is superficial.. we can use them to interact with each other and agree.. but mounts to 0 with GOD who is not a respecter...

yet we Contend for the Faith sharing freely.. and we that speak in the name of GOD and share by the witness of the Holy Spirit are more accountable for what we proclaim.. so I speak not to be right as an individual.. for itchy ears are easily scratched..

So all I have is all I share as I receive... as I’m sure all do..

It is written and you believe not.. do not try the prove to me.. you have a choice to Believe or not.

If you do not Believe the Lord Himself then you continue and come what may.. this unbelief is Spiritual Blindness Which GOD can fix if you Believe...

you are going back and forth. John did say keep the Commands- those being believe in the name of the Son, and love one another. not Sabbath . you can ignore that all you want, It does not make that statement John made not true.

i'll believe John the beloved. you should to. he walked with Jesus personally.
