Just wondering, if some of you who are well versed in the Word,
How long will believers be in heaven? Eternally? A week? A year? 1000 years?
When do believers go to heaven? At moment of death? At the rapture dead or alive?
How do believers go to heaven? Float up in the air? Instantly changed before entering heaven?
Where is heaven?
Will believers return to Earth after receiving their new bodies?
Will believers have work/jobs after going to heaven?
When our LORD Jesus Christ returns, the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we (in Christ) are caught up,
alive, also. To be for ever with the LORD.
The scripture indicates that this will happen halfway through the 7 years of tribulation. So the Antichrist will reign then for the last 3 1/2 years.
The LORDS church is a hindrance and the Antichrist cannot reign until it is taken out of the way.
At some stage there will be the “marriage supper of the Lamb.”
At the end of the reign of the Antichrist,
the Lord returns to earth, with us (saints) who have overcome and endured to the end.
Revelation 19:15 KJV
And
out of his mouth goeth
a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
Then the thousand year reign of Christ begins.
Our work is to rule and reign with Christ over the nations that are left, on this earth.
Heaven is at the throne of God, above.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 KJV
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and
the dead in Christ shall rise first:
[17]
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1 Corinthians 15:52 KJV
In a moment,
in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and
we shall be changed.
2 Corinthians 5:8 KJV
We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be
absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
Absence from the body means present with the LORD, for a Christian.
Daniel 7:18 KJV
But
the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.
Proverbs 15:24 KJV
The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath.
Matthew 23:22 KJV
And he that shall swear by heaven, sweareth by
the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon.
