I wonder for those who do not know their bible well, a verse is just a hint at the total body of work.
I would suggest start with how can you love your fellow man, and probably you will find a verse that helps.

I mean, ignore a person the moment I sense the insulting spirit within that person with their beginning words. For if God lives in a person, then surely they will not want to insult and hurt those who promote what it is good and necessary to follow Jesus Christ (According to the Scriptures). For Jesus said, why do you call me Lord, Lord if you do not do what I say? Can Jesus be somebody's Lord and yet refuse to do what Jesus says? Jesus also essentially said that if anyone rejecs his words, then those very words will judge them on the last day, too (John 12:48).
As for Proverbs 12:16: Thank you for the verse. It is how we are to respond when someone insults us for standing up for what is right in God's Word.
As for Ephesians 4:32: Yes, forgiveness is automatic for me. I hold no ill will towards anyone, but that does not mean I will tolerate wrong behavior in the fact that I cannot point it out. For Paul says not to have fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. How can one reprove the works of darkness if they are abiding in the unfruitful works of darkness?

You are all about jason. I have pointed that out and you ignore it. You answer your own posts when no one else talks to you. You love seeing your name on your screen. You are prideful. I don't believe Jason is reading my posts, but on the chance he is, I would urge you to consider our efforts to bring unity to the board while acknowledging the differences we have. Your posts I've seen quoted this morning don't seem to show an appreciation for the need to help in the endeavor. I hope you reconsider. God bless.

Try seven, leading at their positions right now, and C Sal Perez is the overall leading vote-getter in both leagues. He's got over ten million. Tigers' 1B Miguel Cabrera is leading at that position, though he and the Royals' Eric Hosmer have been leapfrogging each other most of the spring. Miggie can hit, but Hos can hit too, and has a glove. Angels' OF Mike Trout leads in that general position, but Alex Gordon and Lorenzo Cain are #s 2 & 3, respectively.
Fans nationwide have been whining that Royals fans are stuffing the ballot box, but MLB says votes for the Royals are coming in from across the nation. It was that surprising run to the World Series last year, I think.

What constitutes a personal attack?
To disagree with what I believe and teach is not personal, that is your right.
But when a person says that what I belief and teach is evil, that is saying I am evil. That is personal.
Just because you do not believe it is personal, does not make it so.
If you disagree, just say you disagree. Don't say it is evil, and that those who believe that no one is sinless are slaves to sin.

In some cases Jesus spoke and it was offensive to others some said it was a hard thing to here. If we tend to put God in a box then we are wrong, if we want the warn fuzzy Jesus all the time then we refuse to mature, my scripture to you today is...better to be rebuked by a friend than kissed by the enemy.
