And Hezekiah prays god for help who answers him. God’s angel kills 185,000 Assyrians in one night so the king of Assyria goes back to Assyria. Then Hezekiah becomes ill and he must die but he prays God who gives him 15 years more. Then Hezekiah shows all his treasures to the men of Babylon. As a consequence, Isaiah tells Hezekiah that all his treasures will go to Babylon after his death and the Jews will go to Babylon.

He follows God like David and he has the house of God to be repaired. God says he will bring calamity to Judah after Josiah’s death. He makes a covenant with God and destroys everything which is not in connection with God’s worship. And he holds a Passover. And Josiah was killed by Pharaoh.
