BTW - Zone knows she back on my ignore list now so I can't read her posts in order to respond to her challenges. What would be the point any ways? She insists on using the scriptures to validate one's claims yet she believes that a good portion of them are no longer relevant for today, the consequence of some bygone dispensation. Go figure?

Well if so wheres the harm. Seems to me that with or without a view of cessationalism or continualism (hey both these terms are a little new to me)
there still would be a judgement needed to keep the church from a an immediate take over by Satan.

If a continualists view said we believe that there are still prophets today and apostles too and they are here to give new revelation, and God is changing
things. Then we have a serious problem. And the word of God becomes obsolete.

If these new Prophets and Apostles were here preaching and teaching the same gospel and message, helping souls grow in the grace and knowledge
of the Lord and saviour Jesus Christ...then go dudes go! Thing is tho, the 2 prophets here ive listenned to are speaking from the flesh, I could sit down with you and go over it line by line. And their teachings are false too...id be fine with it if they didnt hang a title to themselves.

I will say that if you have no Idea what Zone has been getting at and pressing, than Id say you have to do your homework on it. And quit just enjoying
your rightness. Im sorry if you were falsely accused. But if that makes you offended and shut your ears, rethink that notion, becuase thats a tactic the devil
loves. And youll get ripped off. Gotta leave soon...blessings

Well i think i sorta got that. :) Heres my position. I rarely make assumptions. I usually try to use facts. And the facts are I really dont know anyone here
that much. So I really cant take sides, except point by point. And Im not an all or none person.

I believe the HolySpirit gives grace to the believer and that is just another name for gift or endowment, or power, how ever you want to put it into terms
doesnt matter to me. We need the Holyspirits guidence and empowerment. And without it we are just dead corpses. And the word to validate or invalidate
what is done in the name of the Holyspirit.

Having said that. Everything that glitters is not gold(sorry for the cliche) and there truly are counterfiets around. And just becuase they wear clothes
doesnt mean I want to throw my clothes away.
aww come on Abiding I've got an old pair worn by the Emperor himself, you sure you don't want it?

lol ;)

Oh Fire, Zone said she's not calvanist. just so you would know since you can't read her words and you might want to revisit what cessationist believe there are three different groups in case you didn't know.

ok so basically they are blaming a "spirit" for an adulterous jealous woman who tries and lures men into extra marital affairs and spread false rumors about pastor's wives and stuff in order to break up the marriage and move in?....

sorry I noticed a lack of any Biblical scriptures, prayers to God in that show. truthfully when it ended I had to check because I was expecting more. Perhaps a prayer to God for those who are undergoing attack from the forces of the darkness? A prayer of thanksgiving for saving people from that spirit?

oh well. back to the Bible then....

Jude 1:16
These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage

1 Timothy 6:8-10
King James Version (KJV)
8And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

9But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.

10For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

But i do find the man very interesting as far as how much he is peddling the occult, especially the portals, and stargates, those sure sound
biblical, maybe can talk to King Saul through one.

Another example. Red33 and I don't agree on much at all and while, I may consider his views to be Antinomian in nature, never once have I accused him to being an Antinomian, a heretic or even unsaved for that matter. That's for God to work out, not me. We are foolish to believe that we can change anyone but ourselves. It's the Holy Spirit's job to transform lives and the reason why we should keep those who might disagree with in prayer, not that they might conform to yours or my beliefs but that they might put their complete trust and life in the hands of Jesus regardless of what they believe.

The level of wickedness on these boards is incredible especiallky from those attempting to teach others.
Heb 8:10-12 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: 11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

Do you think that God is practicing a little 'antinomianism' here with the house of Israel? I don't even see repentance mentioned, just a better a covenant with better promises. Somehow you have been deluded into thinking that sin takes away from God's mercy and the promises of God. Did sin take away from the plan of God in sending His Son to be a propitiation for our sins and not ours only but for the sins of the whole world? Did sin stop Jesus Christ from being resurrected from the grave for our justification and from ascending to the Father? The demons tried to stop Him from ascending but He spoiled them (Col 2:14,15). Without God desiring mercy instead of judgment, you and I would not have a chance at forgiveness or salvation. He judged His Son for our sin and through that judgment gave us mercy through His Son.

Here's another. Love covers a multitude of sin. I suppose that when my love covers the sin of another that I am practicing 'antinomianism.' If you believe that then you would have to charge our Lord Jesus Christ of the same, for not only did Christ die for sin and as sin but He also put away sin so that no one could find it. I think that God has the sin issue pretty well covered. Doesn't scripture teach in (Prov 17:9)...

He that covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth very friends.

also... if 'antinomianism' is such an outrage to God, why would the HOLY SPIRIT inspire scripture that teaches us this in (Rom 5:20,21) the following...

20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

Even if you think that believers can attempt to use this understanding about grace to live in sin, that does not change the truth that God still makes grace MUCH MORE abound toward them and it does not change the truth that He is giving them grace so that they will NOT CONTINUE in sin. It will be the goodness of God's mercy and grace that will lead them to change their mind about the sin they are living in, either as an isolated act or as a practice. God doesn't much care what we think of how He ministers His mercy and grace because that is the only thing that will deliver and restore sinners and our brother who has been overtaken by sin.

Those that charge others with 'antinomianism' have the spirit of the elder brother who disagreed with his father that gave so much mercy and grace to the prodigal when he returned home. The father was not even interested in the sin of the prodigal. When the father, who watched daily, saw his younger son returning, he ran out to meet him and the Greek language paints the picture that he ran upon him and knocked him over and started kissing him on the neck over and over while he was on the ground. The father smothered his son with mercy and grace and then made a celebration and restored the prodigal 100% to his rightful position and did not put him on any probation. The father did not give the guilt or remembrance of sin, in any form, a chance to occupy the prodigal when he returned home.

Jezebel just wanted to be the head of everyone, if she didn't have to be under her husband the king she would have got rid of him in a heartbeat. She wouldn't submit to God, or anyone who truly represented God, anyone who had more authority than her that she couldn't get rid of, she put stumbling blocks in front of them so that they wouldn't serve the true God and serve her purposes in stead.

People sometimes think this is a thing of the past, but there are lots of people like this in churches everywhere, they praise God louder than everyone else, do lots of good things and look more Christian than the Christians. Seeing these people firsthand in action is like seeing fire for the first time because it is so bizarre how evil they are and how Christians eat it up and pretty much trip over each other to get a taste of the fake glory.

I thought for the last few days to post on this thread, researched, meditated, drafted and
procrastinated.

I don't think people seem to grasp the seriousness of this situation at all. There are
threads on WITCHCRAFT, SATANISM, and POKEMON that all allude to these same 'spirits'.
But I think the Pokemon people understand the issues better than the others. *(Where is
the post on CULTS/The OCCULTIC)?

It seems the Witchcraft / Satanism threads think these people live in caves and boil pots
with eye of newt.

It seems here that people think this is a bad-ass chick with an attitude (sorry for being
crass) in the church.

Sociopathy is a very, very serious and dangerous condition. It knows no gender, social
class, race or religion. The spirit of sociopathy (why call it Jezebel, when we could say
Baal or Zoroaster or ... dare I say .. Shem Ham for Ash). These are people who have seen
society, rejected it, backlashed into it's destruction for the evil they see -- truly it is --
anti-social (anti society) behavior. It is masked not only by the aggression mentioned,
but is much more devious and deceptive ,it is the FAMILIAR SPIRIT demon, it is LEGION.

This is a medical condition, and the medical community has thankfully started to
acknowlege this.

I posted briefly in the Pokemon thread about Defense Mechanisms and in other threads
about Logical Fallacies, these are ways of masking the problem. To relate to scripture:

The very concepts of -- TRANSFERENCE, PROJECTION, IDENTIFICATION, RATIONALIZATION
and SCAPEGOATING are the whole modus operandii of the Old Testament Ritual Law;

Animal Sacrifice for atonement
Dress up
Ritual Ceremonies
Payments and Punishments

These are people who by so rejecting society, like much of the society they reject, have
been given over to a STRONG DELUSION, and in order to protect the delusion, Backlash
into a REPROBATE MIND. These people are VICTIMS of a Society that has so gone astray,
that it legalizes everything (rationalization). I posted the definitions of the above
concepts in the Pokemon thread. Not many verses need to be posted til we agree on the
general themes and issues ... Wolves in sheep's clothing, gainsayers of Core ..

John Paul Jackson - Unmasking the Jezebel Spirit

Jackson is N.A.R. (no surprise of course)

~

read about the movement here (Jackson named):

Herescope: IHOP & the NAR

The Formation of a Revolution

Governor Rick Perry’s The Response prayer rally already has support from self-proclaimed prophets and apostles like Cindy Jacobs, Mike Bickle, Che Ahn, Doug Stringer, John Benefiel, and Jay Swallow, and now we can add one of the most prominent leaders of the New Apostolic Reformation to the list of endorsers: C. Peter Wagner.[1]

~
closing excerpt by Herescope:

Over twenty years ago Al Dager penned a sober warning in his book exposing these movements:

While I don't wish to label everyone who has contact with dominionists a fellow traveler, it's obvious that those who are asked to teach on the same platform would share similar views. Otherwise their appearing together would be billed as a 'debate' or a 'dialogue.' And while they may not agree on every issue, there must be sufficient agreement in order to be supportive of one another. So those who are supportive of dominionists and/or hold to important dominionist philosophy are well known among their peers. To seek unity with them without challenging their error leaves one's own beliefs open to question. Those who defend heretics, even if they do not believe in their teachings, are guilty of lending credibility to their heresies, and will be held accountable to God for the souls that are destroyed as a result. It's up to those who know the truth to defend the Church against false teachers whatever the cost to unity or to personal benefit. (Dager, p. 125)
