I dont think of it as 'good works' but as a way of living modeled after Jesus teachings to us. It is lifelong. Yes, there is hope of Salvation for all from all faiths. I agree. G
Don't confuse the subject. My point being is that, the man on the cross was saved in a moment just prior to death because of his faith. Regarding your claim that "salvation from all faiths," that is a lie from Satan, for regarding this Jesus said the following:
"Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." - John 14:6
And regarding salvation being a life-long process. For those who continue in faith from beginning to end, scripture says the following:
"I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so
that you may know that you have eternal life. - 1 John 5:13
The reason that no one can be saved except through faith in Christ, is because He is the only one to live a perfect life in the flesh and paid the penalty for sin. It is through faith in Him that the believer are credited with His righteousness and are reconciled to God. Only those who have faith in Jesus will be saved.
For the record, I never said "Yes, there is hope of Salvation for all from all faiths" as you will not find that in my post. Those are your words, not mine, which are false. Jesus is the only way to the Father. As scripture says, "Whoever has the Son has life, whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life."
