What do you think they say? Is there connection between them? Did not Hagar make fun of Isaac and or mock him? How do you think that relates with those believers who are mocking towards other believers today when you read Galatians 4:28-31 (with a special focus on verse 29)?

you are only seeing those parts you like and yet you ignore the rest of it.

Well, in order to help you, let me highlight the context for you.

It is written...
"Know you not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.​
And such were some of you: but you are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God" (1 Corinthians 6:9-11).

The word "were" is past tense. Meaning, believers used to be sinful. Past tense. Not present tense. Paul says be not deceived. Deceived by what? That the unrighteous shall not inherit the Kingdom of God.

The only way that could ever happen is if you aplogized for the things you said and you also renounced Once Saved Always Saved and see it as a doctrine of immorality (whereby you would have naturally repented for spreading a false gospel that leads people further into sin instead of closer to God and His good ways).

Such words have absolutely no meaning unless you can back up what you are saying with Scripture. Saying for someone to repent and then offering no clear Biblical reason why is just mindless anger. We are to correct with God's Word (2 Timothy 3:16) and we are to judge righteously and not by outward appearances or judge like how the world does. Slander or mocking, or laughing at another believer is called "verbal persectuion" in the Bible and it is wrong. We see this in the story of Isaac when Hagar mocks him. But Paul said that as it was back then, so it is now (See Galatians 4).

So... You're saying we need Biblical proof on why we should repent? That's a first.

Jason I'm going to ask this again, and this time, hopefully you don't skip or miss it... If you believe in sinless perfection, why was Jesus sent to die for our sins in the first place? Doesn't that defeat the purpose, if we're sinless, or supposed to be, according to you?

You may want to switch to Roman Catholicism. They don't believe in the individual indwelling of the Holy Spirit, either. That is the only sin that is unforgivable, so they also panic at every sin, instead of relying on and being grateful for Christ's propitiation. They use...

Indulgences.
Confessions to a mediator.
Re-sacrificing the Lord every mass by cannibalism (transubstantiation)
Praying to dead people.
Other sacraments.
Why? Because they believe they can lose their salvation any or / every day.

And this is because they are not born again...

Protestantism generally teaches that being born again, like our Savior said, is commanded for salvation. And Christ's death and resurrection happened one time for all of creation. He died once, for all. That once is critical. Being born again is one dying to one's self (sins) asking Jesus to be our Lord and Savior, and being sealed with His Holy Spirit.

The only unforgivable sin is to blaspheme (reject) the Holy Spirit. How can you reject Him, if He is living within you?

Now here is the tricky part. If you, as you claim, can lose your salvation by sinning after being born again, you have a real problem. You must re - ask the Lord to be your Savior by being reborn, again. But the Bible says He died once for all. You also have to eject the Holy Spirit, because you cant blaspheme God (deny the Holy Spirit) while He is living with in you. Also, how are you going to talk Christ back to the Cross because you are no longer saved by His Blood? The Romans sacrifice Him every mass. That is what you would need to do, to lose, then regain your salvation...

Christ's sacrifice transcends time. The Holy Spirit is permanent. We are adopted into God's family by being born again. If you adopted a child, and he lied to you, would you disown that child? Then why do you think God would? We have a new heart that doesn't want to sin. But we still do. So the Holy Spirit (the Counselor) convicts us of our sin, and we go to our Father, and ask forgiveness, even though we have assurance that we are still His children.

Focus on what God does, not what humans do...

There are many other pagan elements in their worship of God, as well. In fact, I think the RCC is the woman that rides the beast in Revelation. So no. I do not in any way shape or form believe in Catholicism. Nor do I believe in Works Salvationism as they do. I believe God or Christ does the good work in the believer. A believer in and of himself cannot take credit for any work they do. If one is saved, then they have the LORD living within them (Because it is God who is eternal life and salvation). So if God lives in you, then the fruits of the LORD will be evident in your life. But if you bring forth evil fruit all the time (as a daily thing or as a way of your life), instead of good fruit in your life, then you are proving that you have not been truly born again spiritually. One is transformed and changed and new in Christ if they are a true believer (Because God transformed their heart and spirit and now He lives within them causing them to walk in His good ways --- See Ezekiel 36:26-27).

You mistake consequences with condemnation. "therefore, in Christ Jesus there is now no condemnation". Jason is the chief condemner around these parts. The walking talking ball of hypocritical unbiblical nonsense.

I just meant, that I hoped the Holy Spirit was convicting you to speak with fellow Believers in kindness, gentleness and with self-control.

I am sorry that you still see me as "pure evil" (and furthermore disappointed that you felt it necessary to remind me). I hope that someday you will be smacked in the face with a brick of clarity and realization; a realization that we are both following the same God.

By the way, this makes no sense: "One is not forgiven unless they confess and forsake sin. For Jesus said you will know false prophets by their fruit." Here's why: "Jesus said you will know false prophets by their fruit" does not support the statement, "One is not forgiven unless they confess and forsake sin." - (Can you clarify?)

There are two problems with what you are saying here.

#1. You do not understand where I am coming from with true Biblical repentance. What this is that a new person who comes to the faith will admit they are a sinner and ask Jesus to forgive them of their sin and they will accept Him as their Savior; This also involves them continuing to walk in the LORD's good ways (whereby they turn from evil). Meaning, they confess and forsake sin. In other words, if one forsakes sin, they do not sin habitually as a way of life every single day. They may stumble, but they will in time cease from their sin in time by the LORD's power (And not by their power). This type of believer does not walk day in and day doing both good and evil. They are working the LORD's righteousness (By allowing His goodness to flow within Him).


#2. True believers are those who promote holiness and they do not make excuses for saying you can abide in unrepentant sin (in the present moment) while you are still saved. An example would be hating your brother with the thinking you could still be saved. Another example would be thinking you could (in the present moment) not forgive someone and still be forgiven by the Father. Also, many times I do seaking in kindness, gentleness, and self control. I do not attack people personally, I also do not appear to yell at anyone or use bad words that are inappropriate, and there have been many times I did not type things I wanted to say. Many times my words that may seem harsh is against those things that are sinful. We are told to abhor that which is evil in the Scriptures. So it is not wrong for me to point out evil. If you believe I have not spoken in gentleness, kindness, or self control somewhere, you are going to have to show which post#'s that this is the case.

I don't think we serve the same GOD because you always appear to side with those who are in the OSAS camp (Even though you say you don't believe in OSAS). The god of OSAS is nowhere to be found within the Scriptures. One just needs to read their Bible to understand that it is one of the most evil teachings that man has invented so as to make an excuse for him to sin. But John 3:20 says, everyone who does evil hates the light.

What is fruit? Fruit is one's deeds. If one's deeds are always evil then it is showing that they are not really confessing AND forsaking their sin. They are still remaining in their sins. Their fruit or their deeds are evil because they are NOT forsaking their sin (and more than likely they are not confessing their sin, either). Those who truly confess their sins honestly will also forsake their sin as a part of confessing their sin. This lines up with 1 John 1:9, 1 John 1:7, 1 John 2:3-4. <------------------ Read these verses very closely.

Prayer is sacred to me and I usually only include those of whom I think are true believers when it comes to such a thing.
Prayer is sacred to you, but not loving others? That doesn't fly. We're required to even love our enemies. But you don't concern yourself with that. You only have one purpose on this site - condemn everyone who doesn't knuckle under to your preaching against OSAS.

No need to reply, just was wondering how you'd justify not responding to your brothers & sisters who come onto this site asking for prayer & encouragement for many urgent & heartbreaking situations. But of course, dragging OSAS people out into an arena of condemnation is more of a public service to you.

How is it ironic? I am do not live a sinful lifestyle like I did in the past. There are many days I do not sin. Yet, I have heard OSAS Proponents say that not even that is possible for a believer (Which is utter nonsense).

Most here are really not my brothers and sisters because they condone a sin and still be saved doctrine. Yes, I have prayed for my enemies many times. But there is no requirement that I am to make such prayer requests via by some public forum.

For example, if someone said they wanted to start a church where you could get drunk off alcohol as a part of the worship service, I have a right by God's Word to say that such a thing is wrong. My pointing out such an evil would not equate with me being unloving unless I showed actual hate towards them.

It's no different than people promoting a sin and still be saved doctrine like OSAS.
