THEY DID, it was the GRAND JURY ITSELF, made up a jury of peers.
They examined the Evidence and ALL of the physical evidence supported the Officer's Testimony.
While the most of the Testimony told by word of mouth through the crowd and on TV, turned out to be hear say, falsehoods, and mistaken opinions that were NOT supported by the physical evidence on the street. Several so-called eye witnesses, were caught changing their stories and some even later admitted that they really did not see the event at all. Six eye witnesses, who did not talk to the media, all black, told the story exactly the way the Officer told the story. The story that he had his hands up and was trying to surrender the whole time, was proven a falsehood told originally by Michael Brown's pardner in crime at the convenience store robbery of the cigars. The JURY did their JOB, but the Crowd did not want to listen to the evidence the Grand Jury uncovered.
According to the Bible, it is that attitude that is corrupt!

Im suspicious of how it even got attention for people to know to go there to gleefully loot. Al Sharpton (ex-drug dealer turned FBI informant, turned CIA psy-ops asset) and J.Jackson went to 89 cities rustling feathers. There are cases way worse than this, the black guy who got shot in the stairwell admittedly for no reason.

After reading the passage a few times, from the OP, I was wondering if the one "restaining" is actually someone other than the Holy Spirit.
In Daniel, there is an image of spiritual warfare involving specific angels. Perhaps this is a reference to such warfare.
It doesn't actually mention the Holy Spirit in the passage,
and also the Holy Spirit is never labeled as such elsewhere.
Upon a literal reading, it takes a dispensational assumption to interpret the "until he is out of the way" to mean rapture of the Church, which seems implied by labeling the "restrainer" as the Holy Spirit.
Even with a dispensational viewpoint, it would still fit for, say Micheal or another angelic/supernatural force, to be the "restrainer".
I'm not expressing a view, just questioning the base assumptions.

It was pretty clear that the officer was justified,
or at least shown that it is impossible to prove that he was out of line.
How about we protest about the 12yr old who got killed in Cleveland. That one actually has some facts behind it, and is a total outrage.
There is a real problem that needs to be addressed, when the innocent are tried, judged, and executed without provocation,
but we also need to not glorify violent criminals who put themselves in harms way.

The Holy Spirit has been removed from America many years ago folks and do not blame it on one man. This is a SYSTEM that was create by MAN/Satan/Adam. Remember when the Senate during Rome period named Caesar(G-D). JESUS was against GOVERNMENT during his time.
