I guess if you have doubt then you can do that. But what I would recommend is fasting from one to three days and pray for understanding and read the Bible while you fast. We can plan a day or days and everyone who wants to fast can join including me.

That is sad no on is willing to sacrifice a day or three but you are willing to receive.

That is why you can't understand the powerful word of God. You like to argue and disagree with the word of God and you can't humble yourself for one day...like the rich young man that Jesus told him to give every thing he has follow him. And he did not for he had great possessions(Matthew 19:21-22). No one asked to give everything away just to fast for one or three days. I guess it's the same you have great possessions that is pride."When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom."(Proverbs 11:2). "And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted."(Matthew 23:12)

I Gave verse to support what I say. Not only are you blaspheming against the word of "God" [singular] but you are adding and taking away to the word of God. "For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."-(Revelation 22:18-19)

"For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries." (Hebrews 10:26-27)

Maybe this is why you don't understand. "Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand." (Daniel 12:10)

Can you show me one Scripture that says "everything true and truly Christian is in the Bible alone", and if it isn't in the Bible, it can't be true? What about Jannes and Jambres in the New Testament? Their names are not in the Old Testament. Where did they get the names Jannes and Jambres? From Jewish oral tradition. It isn't recorded by Moses in the Pentateuch. Using this logic, we couldn't believe their names were Jannes and Jambres, because they are recorded no where in the Bible of the time, the Old Testament. Why do we even accept the New Testament? On the authority of the Church. Jews in Judaism reject the New Testament. Unless you can show us that the Bible teaches "sola scriptura", by the Bible alone, your objection to the words "Trinity" and "God the Father", "God the Son," "God the Holy Spirit" is based on a false assumption, of "scriptures alone". And, by the way, the Bible itself shows the sola scriptura is false, in 2 Thessalonians 2:15. If we were to go by the Bible alone, then St. Paul and the 12 apostles could not have preached Christ, because what they said is not written down in the New Testament. Yet we know, according to the NT, that they did preach Christ orally to the Gentile nations, after the Jews had largely reject Christ by 34 AD.

PS Do a Strong's exhaustive concordance search of the names Jannes and Jambres. You will find the names are mentioned in the New Testament, but they are nowhere in the Old Testament.
How did the New Testament know the names, if we are going by OT Scripture alone?

If we don't get our doctrine from the word of God where do you get it from? Nowhere cuz with out the Word of God we would have no doctrine.

What is doctrine?
It's the religious teachings.

Where do we find religion?
1) from the word of God The only living God
Or 2) from pagans(man) that worship non living gods
