It is an analogy. I have to pick up my cross daily and follow Jesus.
That means that my body must die daily when I follow Jesus.
If a man is unwilling to deny himself he can’t be Jesus’ disciple.
So, the analogy is the truth about what it takes to follow Christ.

I forget which saint it was but in Foxe’s book of martyrs one of them put his hand first into the fire because he’d learned the truth of that teaching of Jesus.

I just read the bible for what it say, I don't try to interpret the meaning... it says what it means and means what it is says. The only interpretation needed is to decide if the passage is about the literal or figurative.

He was a Rock of OFFENCE (that means he offended people).
He was CUT OFF ( crucified).
His death saved the body of believers from hell.

And what is your reason for saying those verses aren't about Jesus the RIGHT HAND of God?

“Thy” refers to the hand of every person Jesus is teaching.

Notice that Jesus isn’t being used as God’s right hand, but is sitting on God’s right hand waiting and expecting God to handle the enemies for him.

The things you refer to are not in the context of Jesus’ teaching about “thy” right hand.

It is an analogy referring to your own body being a living sacrifice holy and acceptable to God.
Which act of faith requires a sacrificial love like Jesus proved to have.
