Php 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
Rom 11:20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
Rom 11:21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.
Rom 11:22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.
Rev 2:4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.
Rev 2:5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
Rev 3:2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.
Rev 3:3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.
Jas 2:14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
Jas 2:15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
Jas 2:16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
Jas 2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
Jas 2:21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
Jas 2:22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?
Jas 2:24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
Gal 6:3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.
Gal 6:4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
Gal 6:5 For every man shall bear his own burden.
Gal 6:6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
Gal 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Gal 6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
Gal 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
I tend to believe that we have responsibility in our salvation, and if we do not take heed can miss out in meeting that responsibility.
Which the Bible states that it is possible to lack,in which the outcome is not good if they do not correct themselves.
Things like cut off, reaping corruption, faith is dead,Jesus will remove their candlestick out of its place, and come upon them at a time they know not.
They do not seem like positive things for those that lack.
Which we have witnessed the lack of people that believe faith alone, and confess Christ, and that is it,so if they lack it would apply to them,so how are they right with God when they lack.
Jesus said whatever is in your heart is what comes out,and defines the person,if they lack, and hold unto sin, then that is what is in their heart,so then how are they right with God,and how does the belief sin does not affect their relationship with God apply, for if they sin it is what is in their heart, and defines them, not they can sin and it does not affect them.
They act as if they can never slip.but what is in the heart comes out,and act as if they are always led of the Spirit nothing wavering, but if they sin then that is what is in their heart, which they say they cannot abstain from sin,and will do it from time to time, then how are they always led of the Spirit and cannot waver, for if they sin then that is what is in their heart, and defines them.
1Jn 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
They say sin does not affect their relationship with God,but John said if they do not do the outward work of righteousness then they are not of God.
