Never did I know there how prevalent the counterfeit was until these past few years ...I thought it was only Mormons, JWs etc., now I see it is everywhere.

Well.....in Kingsford Smith international airport....Qantas lounge....boarding in about 40 min.....bummed gonna miss Stralia...... Keep the flames hot while I am out of sorts for 13 hours in the air hahahaha

Hi UG, when a university professor represents the theology of a position, it is done because
that is the position held. Everyone can have their own perspectives on how things are but
the point about truth is this is it. I showed this video to demonstrate claiming something
is misrepresentation is simply not true. But everyone can ignore this, I just hope those
who truly want to know the truth listen to it.

You may come to realise something, there is no true objective position, one has to make
a choice. The choice is follow Jesus and obey Him, listening to Him, you will change and
see what He has declared and why it is the way it is.
Do not follow or obey, then wherever you are will appear to be the right place.
And until He returns to bring judgement and ultimate light, this is how it will stay.
We inherit what we sow, so we must be careful about what we do and what we follow.

Now, apply your method of interpretation to the parable of the wheat and the tares.
a. The period of time, planting the wheat, the appearance of tares and the harvest of the wheat in the parable comprehends the preaching of the Word to the end of the age.
b. It takes wheat and tares months to grow.
c. Therefore, by your method of interpretation, (making a parable walk on all fours) this present age should have ended in the First century.
See, your method of interpretation DOES NOT WORK.

People think I'm obsessed with this, but what I am arguing against is not your silly belief that a Christian has to be mature (which takes YEARS, and what level of maturity?! seeing that maturation is a LIFETIME PROCESS) in order to be able to bear ANY fruit at all. My beef is with your dangerous method of interpretation.

When I was a kid I wondered at what this meant.
It is they knew God, His law and His ways but the tried to be followers
without a repentent heart. It is impossible. So their compromise was hypocrisy.
The modern version is ignore righteous action and a righteous heart, and claim all
we need is righteous faith. This is simply religion, the outward form of following something
while ones life and heart are from it. Ironic when those who follow this claim they are the
true authentic believers who know Jesus, and know how to kick out the hypocrites, which they
mean those who actually follow Jesus and desire a true walk with Him.

Oh and by the way, fruit (karpos) in the bible does not only refer to fruit as we call it. Fruit also refers to crops of the field, see parable of the sower.

You can share your testimony the day you are saved. The Spirit can use that to draw people. That is bearing fruit.
Your transformed life can be used by the Spirit to draw people to Jesus. That is bearing fruit.
You can give an offering to a missionary society that may result in souls being saved. That is bearing fruit.
You can pray for missionaries, your pastor, and other ministers. That makes you a fellow laborer with them. That is bearing fruit.
You can pass out Bible tracts, people may read them and be converted. That is bearing fruit.
There's many ways to bear fruit that don't take years of maturing.
