No, I have been repeatedly been called a liar and I am showing that I was not lying at all.
If a liar will not repent, or acknowledge their sin, then they are no longer a brother in Christ.
It is odd for instance when someone says you are not defining sin correctly and then declaring
they are a sinner incapable of following Jesus.
Did Jesus come that man might stay slaves to sin, imprisoned by their fears and guilt,
unable to love and be free, to find forgiveness and mercy?
Those who have never followed Jesus or known His saving grace, the in filling of the Holy Spirit
are not capable of speaking with authority on the salvation of our God. John put it like this
8
He who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning
from the beginning. The reason the
Son of God appeared was
to destroy the devil's work.
9 No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because
God's seed remains in him;
he cannot go on sinning, because
he has been born of God.
1 John 3
It is true foolishness to claim to know God and yet abide in sin.
What sin is too difficult for God to conquer? Or is it more likely people want safety
in Christ, no judgement without repentance and cleansing, so claim reward without
having to change. Only fools would do this, because God cannot be cheated.
1 There is
no fear of God before his eyes.
2 For in his own eyes
he flatters himself too much
to detect or hate his sin.
3 The words of his mouth are wicked and deceitful;
he has ceased to be wise and to do good.
4 Even on his bed he plots evil; he
commits himself to a sinful course and
does not reject what is wrong.
Psalm 36
7 Do not be deceived:
God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.
8 The one who
sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature
will reap destruction;
the one who
sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit
will reap eternal life.
