Once Saved maybe Saved if you work hard enough? And the works of the devil have not quite been destroyed yet, therefore you are left to defeat the devil by your own wit and will? And the cry of Jesus on the cross "it is finished" should be "it's not quite finished"? And God does not possess the power, wisdom or capability to save a particular soul from eternity past from before the foundation of the world all the way to sonship and glorification? And the declaration of Jesus "I will build my Church" should be rephrased as "I will build my Church with a little help from my friends"?
Sorry I'm not buying it.
There’s a lot of points to address in your post cv5. So I’ll respond point by point.
1. Defeating the devil is accomplished by resisting him (James 4:7). And in extreme cases see Job. The other enemy is the old man, the flesh. You are to treat him as if he were dead (dead men do not sin).
2. The work on the cross was finished. Your walk in the faith will finish when you die in Christ or when you are changed at a twinkling of the eye.
3. God has already provided salvation by his wisdom. It’s up to the believer to surrender all for Jesus. Even his cheeks to the smiter if need be; denying himself.
4. The church is here. You must walk as becomes a saint in the church as a member of the body of Christ.
5. Once Saved, endure to the end <——— this is a better phrase.
