I am neither so it does not matter and why did you feel it was necessary to say what you did when were discussing Calvinism....and if you look...when they are engaged the first thing they do is make a mouthy comment about Arminius!
Sorry, didn't quite understand this post.

Jesus paid the price... and yes we do have it already because it is not our self effort... but what Jesus accomplished that lives within us.
"Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling for it is God within you to will and to do of His good pleasure." The command is for us to work it out with the promise that we are not alone. Too many here emphasis that God is doing it all and forget that we have our part to work it out as well. This theology is very evidence in the way these kinds of believers treat others. Their "God is doing it all so I needs do nothing to reign in my sin" is evident. They claim deliverance from sin all the while sinning.

Then why do you claim grace has set you free from sin if you still sin and are not free at all?
Because even Paul wasn’t sinless per Romans 7:14-25 and 1 Timothy 1:15. If we say we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves, and the truth is not in us.[1 John 1:8]

I am speaking scripture you keep bringing all your wrong perceptions about OSAS and people who know its Gospel.

You whole modus operandi is to try to refute OSAS by maliging the believers who adhere to its truth.

You boast of your self effort we do not.

Again you show how little you understand... the command is always to rely on Jesus and not move away from the victory He provides.

You rely on self.

You bring out what you think I said or drop it because it is a bold faced lie. I have no dislike for Jews at all. Your memory is 100% WRONG. You can trust your faulty memory but you’re still wrong.
I’m sure you’re convinced of this and will not budge just like you think I dislike Jews. No discussing with someone who insists they know the other (whom they’ve never met) better than the self.
That doesn’t describe me but you won’t believe it. Doesn’t He warn you not to falsely accuse others of evil???
He who keeps my teaching the Father will love... and we will come and make our home in Him.
For that person to even think that I thought like that...disgusts me.
She’s a disgusting person.
But not beyond God’s grace.

Wrong. Mary gave permission. Read the passage. Noah was a volunteer. No indication he had no choice. Same with Moses. When He turned aside if his free will. God searches for volunteers.
Mary gave permission. 😆😆😆😆😆😊😊
You’re a special kind of heretic.

Indeed. Mary acquiesced to God's will just as we do in accepting His gracious gift.
Although some are blind to this truth of how relationship with God takes effect.

God desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

This is correct. So grace is available to free us from sin but since we still sin, there is a hitch. The hitch is likely that we do not want to be set free from the sin we actually do. Just needs to be clear. And there are reasons why grace is given, that is God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. So the matter of walking in grace is complex and one verse will not tell the whole story.

No, she did not acquesce. She said that it may be done to her. She surrendered. She did not accept "a gift" as it were. She surrendered. This is the reason why some think do not walk in the grace they claim they ought to have. They think they just need to accept a gift and not surrender. Accepting a gift is not a relationship. Surrender to God is.

Nonsense. The validty of your theology is seen in what kind of people you become evidenced by the words you choose. This no OSAS believer wants to look at for the obvious reasons.

My vocabulary is limited..of course I said yes..but can’t remember the exact words.

I said no to my vision but after yrs of working in me....I now consent..God would never force himself on anybody.
For that person to even think that I thought like that...disgusts me.
I thought your words describing the event rather disgusting, but they were your chosen words, not mine. Next time choose words that do not disgust others.

Read what she said. Shall I quote it for you? "I am the Lords servant. May it be done to me according to your words.." That is giving permission. It is difficult to be wrong again, isn't it?

Wakes,Wakey.

Romans 6:14

For sin shall not be your master,
because you are not under law,
but under grace.

We Are Under GRACE!.......understandeeeeeee!.
It actually say that sin shall not be your master. That means you shall endeavor not to sin, not that you think of grace and take no care. We have a part to play in sin not being our master, that is, we do not submit to it. This is also seen in the words we choose to communicate to others.

Sorry you got angry d. Not sure why, to tell you the truth. I quoted the Bible passage later to someone else. I really says that Mary said to the angel "may it be done to me" surrendering her will. Why does this make you angry? Isn't God allowed to ask "who will go for us" in his organizing his plans on earth. He likes volunteers. WHy does this make you angry?

Or was it the bit that I challenged the "just accept the gift" theology? DO you want scriptures on what we have to do? There are tons of them. I just did a search of "accept the gift" in the Bible and found no hits at all. Seems like no one in the Bible wrote "accept the gift" on any kind. Why does challenging that make you red faced angry?

So....you just compared God knowing us to the sexually way Adam knew Eve....

yeah...not hardly!

I gave a winner to sackcloth post.....because I thought he meant Adam knew Eve when God brought her to him...therefore he would have known her intimately?
