....Only if you maintain that status of ... born again...and righteous..... until the end. We are not saved until God judges us after death and says so.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO GUESS AGAIN ? ? ?

I can Blow that SHIP of a FALSE IDEAS, CLEAN OUT OF THE WATER, IN REGUARDS OF WHAT HE JUDGES US FOR, with ONE SHOT from my BIBLICAL CANNON, proving we WERE saved before time began!

No Offense intended.

2 Timothy 1:9 (HCSB)
9 He has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began.

Revelation 22:12 (HCSB)
12 “Look! I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me to repay each person according to what he has done.

Salvation is NOT A REWARD, but a FREE GIFT, so what is HE TALKING ABOUT ? ? ?
In case you do not understand PAUL was a major FAN of the Olympic Style of GAMES of HIS DAY.

The Winning Athlete would be CROWNED on the Podium with A LAUREL WREATH Crown. Any when the Ceremony was over, he would walk over the row of KINGS, Front and Center in the arena. Kneel and Bow before his KING, take of his CROWN of VICTORY, and SAY: "I won this for you my KING!" And then Cast the Crown at the FEET of his KING. Maybe we will get to cast our own Victory Crown at JESUS CHRIST's feet.

In the recent Greek Olympic Games they gave out CROWNS as well as GOLD medals to the winning athlete.

. 1615341490630.jpeg . 1615342588479.png . 1615342885522.png

It also says the winning athlete WILL RECEIEVE AN UNPERISHABLE CROWN, perhaps of GOLD.

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SALVATION! It rewards for winning the Race, so HE ONLY JUDGES if their Deeds are MOTIVATED BY AGAPE LOVE. No Agape Love they are Worthless, but motivated by agape love is precious to HIM.

1 Corinthians 3:11-15 (ASV)
11 For other foundation can no man lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
12 But if any man buildeth on the foundation gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay, stubble;
13 each man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it is revealed in fire; and the fire itself shall prove each man's work of what sort it is.
14 If any man's work shall abide which he built thereon, he shall receive a reward.
15 If any man's work shall b e burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as through fire.

Romans 8:1 (HCSB)
1 Therefore, no condemnation now exists for those in Christ Jesus,

Galatians 3:13 (HCSB)
13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, because it is written: Everyone who is hung on a tree is cursed.

Titus 3:5-7 (HCSB)
5 He saved usnot by works of righteousness that we had done, but according to His mercy, through the washing of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit.
6 He poured out this ⌊Spirit⌋ on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior,
7 so that having been justified by His grace, we may become heirs with the hope of eternal life.

1 Corinthians 9:24-26 (HCSB)
24 Don’t you know that the runners in a stadium all race, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way to win the prize.
25 Now everyone who competes exercises self-control in everything. However, they do it to receive a crown that will fade away, but we a crown that will never fade away.
26 Therefore I do not run like one who runs aimlessly or box like one beating the air.

Acts 16:31 (ESV)
31 And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”

Romans 10:8-10 (HCSB)
8. On the contrary, what does it say? The message is near you, in your mouth and in your heart. This is the message of faith that we proclaim:
9 If you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord,” {Not merely PROFESS IT,} and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 One believes with the heart, resulting in righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, resulting in salvation.

Some will say, see their, that Confession is a WORK. NO IT IS NOT, and I can prove it:

1 Corinthians 12:3 (HCSB)
3 Therefore I am informing you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus is cursed,”
and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” {No one can say it as a Confession of what has already happened in your Heart because of the HOLY SPIRIT,} except by the Holy Spirit.

Why do you think Abraham had the righteousness of Christ in him too?

What about David, what about Samuel, do they all have the same righteousness too?

Why do you think they would not?

how else could they be saved? By their own righteousness?

Is there scripture that says that David, for example, has the righteousness of Christ that we have in the body of Christ? Did David have Christ in him, the hope of glory?

They are in Paradise/Abraham's bosom, together with all the other OT saints, waiting for the 2nd return of Christ. (Acts 3:19-21)

As Peter clearly said in Acts 2 for David

29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.

34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,

Once again, was david saved by his own righteousness. Or was he saved like Abraham, having imputed righteousness?

why can’t you answer questions?

You have not answered mine anyway, you answer my question with a question.

But to answer yours, none of the OT saints have the current salvation we have now, as I have stated.

lol, I asked first.

I did not ask where they were. I asked how they got saved

did they get saved by their own righteousness, or did they get saved by Having Christs righteousness imputed to them?

PS. Everyone who dies goes to paradise. Waiting on the rapture where we will all be caught up and given our resurrected bodies.

They are not saved (as in past tense). They don't have the present salvation that we have in the Body of Christ, as I stated.

then they will not get to heaven.

They are just as saved as you and I my friend.

They are saved because righteousness was imputed to them. Because they had faith.

Their good deeds did not save them, They could never do enough good deeds to earn their salvation.

It was NOT their righteousness which saved them, it was Gods.

and, here is a question none of you will works salvationists will answer- what is the exact percentage of sin will cause salvation to be lost?

oh, and i have read the Bible all the way through about 20 times, i know it very well.

and the commands that John spoke of in his 1st letter were " believe in the name of the Son and love one another." so, to believe is to obey.

Ecclesiastes 7:20 (NKJV)
20 For there is not a just man on earth who does good And does not sin.

Romans 3:28 (GWT)
28 We conclude that a person has God's approval by faith, not by his own efforts.

Romans 3:12 (HCSB)
12 All have turned away; all alike have become useless.
There is no one who does what is good, not even one.

Romans 3:23 (HCSB)
23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Romans 11:6 (HCSB)
6 Now if by grace, then it is not by works; otherwise grace ceases to be grace.

1 Peter 1:3-5 (HCSB)
3 Praise the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. According to His great mercy, He has given us a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead
4 and into an inheritance that is imperishable, uncorrupted, and unfading, kept in heaven for you.
5 You are being protected by God’s power through faith for a salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.

My Turn to ask a Question!

Do you think you have NO SIN, or GAVE UP SINNING ? ? ?

As I have asked, which scripture tells you that Samuel, for example, have the same Imputed righteousness as we do?

You have yet to provide them

I truly am sad that you believe such. There is no work, nothing absolutely nothing you as a human being can do to "save, maintain your soul. " It's not about what we can do but what God has "done" for us.

Its more you don't understand what Peter was saying to Israel in Acts 3:19-21, when will Israel's sins be blotted out, and also what Paul was saying about Israel's sins in Romans 11:26-27.

But its fine, we can agree to disagree about that.

The key is that there is no scripture that said they had Christ imputed righteousness, alright then.

I understand completely what it means

what you fail to see is the law showed exactly how their sins were forgiven, the blood was splattered on the mercy seat, the judges looked down and could both see what God had against them (the tablets of death, Arron’s rod that budded and the manna) hence their sins were “covered” by the blood

this is what imputed righteousness is my friend

The new age religion group always turns things we must do..... into works...(their words) and then rejects them.
My advice...study the Bible and do God's commandments.
