Just because a person has ties to something does not mean they are one, come on now!!!
I have a background with the Catholic church being as how I spent 5 years in that church, that does not make me a Catholic as I left that church after 5 years......
A person can be raised in any way shape or form in their family upbringing, that does mean they remain that way when they get older. That is a straw man argument you are now using, as one's upbringing as a child does not mean they are still that way later in life. If you want to stick with that then you are canceling out the right of repentance and coming to believe in the Lord by millions of people...........

He is right that America is not a Christian nation, as we have tons of people who live here from diverse religions, cultures, and backgrounds. And because of the law of separation of Church and State that has been around long before Obama even took office. It was formed back in 1947 by the Supreme Court, and that ruling makes it to where laws have to support all who live here!!!

What amazes me about some is the fact that they will say it is impossible and or wrong to make a statement about Obama and his salvation or lack thereof based upon his words and actions, but they will in turn make the same judgment about someone who disagrees with their working for salvation gospel......! Me....I will stick with the bible....a tree shall be known by it's fruit that it bears and a man will be justified and or judged by the words that come out of his mouth.....if it walks like a duck, looks like a duck and quacks like a duck it is probably not a pigeon!...........

I always appreciate your posts,deep and full of wisdom.What you're saying is right,to pray for our gov't.But I did not attack Obama in my post.I stated what he believes in his own words. I cannot support a man that lies the way this man has. He may be a lot of things but a Christian isnt one.Anyone who mocks the Bible as he has is not a Christian.And that is telling the truth,not attacking him.
Just because someone is in a high political office doesn't mean they can put their Christianity aside. One's belief in Jesus should be the top priority of their lives. If one cannot keep their morals while in office they should not be in office. God will hold Obama accountable for his sins. He is not exempt because he is president. He supports gay marriage. He supports homosexuality. He supports many non-Christian issues. Obama helped pave the way for gay marriage to be legal. He is responsible for people to be able to marry in an ungodly way and his infurnce and power helped make it easier. Yes, God will judge him on that. His ways and the way he has ran this country is not Christian.
