We HAVE been Chosen by God long before He created anything that we True Christians WILL receive Salvation. How can we lose our Salvation if God HAD Predestined us to receive Salvation and He HAD chosen us to be in Him?

Only those who have never received Salvation are the ones who think they can lose their Salvation by sinning. Therefore its you KennethC who have NOT be chosen by God and have NOT been Predestined to receive Salvation!

This is why you believe and teach the false Doctrines from the Catholic Church that we can lose our Salvation by sinning.

Its people like you who fight against God because you actually believe you are better than God. Its your PRIDE that is doing you in. Its because of your PRIDE that i believe is why you were never CHOSEN by God to be His Child.

What is disturbing is there are a lot of Christians here who do not know what God says in the Scriptures and are easily misled by Satan into believing lies from him.

You all miss the point that KennethC is teaching Catholic Doctrines. Its the false Christians who believe they can lose their Salvation by sinning.

Did you receive your Salvation by not sinning? NO!

We received our Salvation by Faith in Jesus Christ and by the Grace of God!

The ONLY way to lose our Salvation is by denying that Jesus Christ is God. This is the ONLY way to lose our Salvation.

Here is exactly where you are wrong again because I do not teach Catholic doctrine, if anything comes from me it can be found in the Word of God.

I am not influenced nor was I influenced by Catholic doctrine, my Baptist background is what made me question their teachings and lead me to leave that church after only 5 years.

There was absolutely no teaching of doctrine (except for maybe 5%) in the RCIA classes I was in, it was mostly a false teaching of the history of the church.


How many times does the bible speak on falling away, departing from, and not continuing in the faith of Jesus Christ ???

There is a few of them that do and in each case they show unless the ones who does this repents and returns to the Lord they will not be saved. Apostle Paul touches this subject himself a number of times, and even our Lord Jesus speaks on falling away from the faith in Matthew 24:10-13.

Who would you be siding with on this statement because I can tell you I am not deceived, and I am saved !!!

Mec99 has stated a number of false statements on me, and that is bearing false witness on and accusing the brethren.

Nowhere does the bible give us the right to judge as he is judging me, as that is not righteous judgment the Word of God speaks on. Righteous judgment does not tell another they don't have the Lord as their Savior when they do !!!

Notice the key words I highlighted there in that scripture, as it says brings them back..........

We have False Prophets in the Church today. People claiming to be True Christians but who in reality are Wolves in sheep clothing trying to destroy the Word of God with their false Doctrines.

The Fruits of a person is also in what he or she teaches. We can tell just by reading and listening to what they say and comparing it to what the Holy Spirit says we therefore can know what kind of fruits they have.

God never said we have to meet them first to know their fruits.

I think you are way off base eternally-gratefull when you insist we have to know them first.

This strongly suggests that all sins (present past and future) were forgiven on the cross. Grace through faith allows us to individually appropriate and apply that forgiveness to our own lives; or to reject it and once again bear the consequence of our own sins.

When we confess our sin and our need for a Savior; and accept Jesus' Lordship in our lives, we receive that forgiveness and the empowerment of the indwelling Holy Spirit.

After receiving Salvation, it is not necessary to confess individual sins or even to recognize all of them. It is necessary that when we see ourselves continue to fall into a particular sin or questionable behavior, that we pray for the Lord's assistance in turning from that sin.

The fact of forgiveness is not an excuse for compromising our witness or bringing discredit on the Lord or His Church!

The problem MarcR is there are people who believe we can lose our Salvation by sinning.

Did we receive our Salvation by not sinning? No.

We received our Salvation by Faith and Grace.

The ONLY way we can lose our Salvation is by losing our Faith that Jesus is God.

TOO many people listen to what the Corrupted Catholic Church teaches that we CAN lose our Salvation Daily just by sinning!

Actually its the people who teach this who have never received Salvation.
