Perhaps its time to submit to the authority of the church. If you have a problem with one in authority then you bring it to him with 2 witness's using Biblical conflict resolution. You accuse of pride but that accusation could be cast upon any person on earth. Look within your own heart and see whats going on if there is nothing specific to resolve. Are you coveting someones authority? Authority can be difficult for men (women too but not as often a stumbling block for us) and a stumbling block in their faith. We ALL, even our pastors have to be accountable to another in our walk.
When the church disobeys the commandments of the Lord, then it’s time to speak out.

Exactly, using Biblical conflict resolution. :) What commandment is your church disobeying? Some things we definitely have to walk away from without looking back.

There are no perfect churches. When a church goes too far astray, we can speak out or leave. I prefer to speak out.

keep in mind it may take the Holy Spirit awhile to minister truth to your words. I find many who don't want to hear the truth. (including meself sometimes ;) )

Yes, many people are especially displeased when I try to convince them that repenting of their sin is worth their effort.

Sometimes people like that run a church, and it’s therefore hard to ignore them.
Jesus, Yeshua, teaches us when hypocritical leaders lay heavy burdens upon us that they themselves will not lift a finger to do, we should do it, for they have their reward. This goes along with the teaching that it is better to suffer for doing what is right than to suffer for doing what is wrong.

It is good to speak out against wrong.

Priests occasionally sexually molest children. Should we remain silent and allow it to continue?

This is a subject I do not care to discuss, however this problem is endemic of certain organized religions whose leaders are all guilty of an on-going cover up. Remember in the future, I belong to the Body of Christ, Yeshua, and to the other members of His Body. He is the Head. When YHWH's Holy Spirit entered into me, so did much heavenly knowledge, however it did not include selecting a denomination for me, thus I live attempting to please the One Who Loved Me First, God. As for those denominations, not one was named for me by the Holy Spirit, and not one contains Jesus, Yeshua, as a card carrying member. Yeshua receive all the glory, amen.

Social status is the concern of people who wish to be social, my enormous dislike is when anyone deliberately causes a brother or sister to stray, this is very painful. I pray those servants of the enemy repent, and if they are not going to, then just stay away, amen.
Righteousness is very important. When we don't sin, we keep trouble out of our lives. Life without trouble is a very beautiful life, just as Jesus said:

From that time Jesus began to preach, saying, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." Matt 4:17 RSV
It is discouraging when so many Christians give their blessing to sin, is't it?

I think churches are great places. None of them is perfect, but then, none of us is perfect. I guess the challenge is in setting a good example for the others in the church.

All men have sinned and come short of the glory of YHWH. We have the perfect example in Yeshua, and teaching as many as possible to emulate Him is incumbent upon all who have received Him in Spirit and Truth, amen. He, the Head and the Cornerstone of the Temple is returning to complete that Temple, amen.

I can’t disagree with any of that. I still love my church, though, imperfect as we all are.
