In Psalm 119:164 He says
Seven times a day do I praise Thee because of Thy righteous judgments.
The word "praise" is halal H1984 as in HalaluYAH or praise ye YAH.
What could those seven times be? waking. sunrise. morning meal. noon meal. evening meal. sunset. sleep time. maybe? simple thanks throughout the day for sustenance and life.

We worship anf ding to him but mainly in repetition mainly in the sense that singing is what what makes makes worship but be alone with him seclude yourself in him not with him IN him sit and wait and refuse to move until he connoects to you it isn;t about you connecting to him it is waiting listening being still refusing to move until his spirit comes alive but if you are willing to to be still and know him he always answers and it is those who sing with their hearts to him not mere words as so many do that worship is not a dacrifice rather a blessing if anything he gives far more than you do
But true worship comes from your relationship with him the connection and covanent of the heart no matter what you believe what is truth to you no matter if you have sinned over and over if you are lacking in all kinds of ways if you are weak in yourt own eyes the heart is always the decindg factor snd I know firdt hand believe me
