When the garage is full, if you're blessed enough to have a garage, I still don't know what a garage is, but if it's full and your closets are full and any storage space is full, you probably have to much. I'm just saying!
i agree with you yet. most may think our Lord may not care about our possessions but from what i see in this world, those with a big home, nice cars, expensive clothes and all the rest, are usually not concerned with what our Lord thinks anyway.

It seems that way to me because I'm poor. But Michael Jackson buying a vase for millions of dollars is a ridiculous waste. What an insult to poor people- that a man made structure is worth more to him than the souls God created and died for to save.

Poor with a computer and internet????????
Yes. Through a low income program we get wifi for about ten dollars a month. And this iPad was given to me as a gift. I have a desktop computer also, that was given to me for free. I have a 19 inch tv using a small side table as an entertainment center. We barely get any channels because we only have an antenna, but my son got me chrome cast for my birthday. I have no kitchen table and chairs, we have to stand, or sit on the couch to eat. I have no dresser and have to use a drawer of my file cabinet. My son got me a microwave for Christmas. I've had the same ten dollar pair of tennis shoes for years, the insert is off to the side and it hurts to walk in them. I have only a few shirts that have warn thin and have holes in them. I get very little only once a month, and yet still give way more than ten percent in church. Yes, I consider myself poor, and so do the low income programs I'm on where you have to prove your income to qualify- like food stamps or the Internet program.

I get almost ten dollar Internet, you have to have at least one child who receives free lunch in school due to low income, and have the program in the area in which you live.

Actually my question was not an intent to get a answer of your situation. It was more of what a prospective is of being rich or poor.

{Too} much..... geez....sorry.. dont mean to be grammar police.
Anyways, if what one has has not been the focus but merely the blessings God has bestowed upon them then so be it. I personally look at who owns it? Is a person debt free or does the bank really own most of it? Prosperity is not prosperity if we are slaves to it. I worked to live and not the other way around.

How do Christians justify debt?
We should all live within our means and plan ahead for the things we need and save for them.
Some will say "I can not save because I don't make enough money" but they have fancy phones, laptops, shoes, etc.
They buy on credit and pay all that interest which is wasteful.
Learn to go with out until you can afford to buy it.

I think the right idea of prosperity is whether your attitude is "I'm able to give more than I ever have" vs. "I've got more than I ever had".

2 Corinthians 9:6-15 (NASB)
[SUP]6 [/SUP]Now this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. [SUP]7 [/SUP]Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. [SUP]8 [/SUP]And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed; [SUP]9 [/SUP]as it is written, "HE SCATTERED abroad, HE GAVE to the poor, HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS ENDURES forever." [SUP]10 [/SUP]Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness; [SUP]11 [/SUP]you will be enriched in everything for all liberality, which through us is producing thanksgiving to God. [SUP]12 [/SUP]For the ministry of this service is not only fully supplying the needs of the saints, but is also overflowing through many thanksgivings to God. [SUP]13 [/SUP]Because of the proof given by this ministry, they will glorify God for your obedience to your confession of the gospel of Christ and for the liberality of your contribution to them and to all, [SUP]14 [/SUP]while they also, by prayer on your behalf, yearn for you because of the surpassing grace of God in you. [SUP]15 [/SUP]Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!

I agree with this because of what I see in the modern church, & how the Antichrist himself will use material prosperity as a tool to fool the millions.

Peace among the nations can only be achieved by prosperity. How else can you pull all the nations together under one govt?
All nations want prosperity, & believe everybody would be happy if everyone were prosperous.

The "powers that be" are working toward a Utopian new world order. Utopia can only be achieved through material prosperity.

Well sorta.

It is like this;
The democrats take money from my bank account and then convince me that I am getting all sorts of free this and that.( and pay for it with MY MONEY)

The whole scam is built on me being that stupid to agree with and empower them.
