Okay, well the video I saw used this symbol to represent satan's aspiration of attaining to eternal life, by somehow wrapping his end with his beginning. The theory in the video was very interesting, and also concluded that satan will try to come in the flesh to mimic Christ's appearing in the flesh. This later idea is one that I think you have been promoting.

I have been Google-ing for info on the Ouroboros but nowhere online can I find anyone else sharing this particular theory regarding this image; that satan really thinks he can obtain eternal life.

I was shocked by the video, because I had always assumed that satan already knew he was beaten. But if he really is so deluded to think that he can actually succeed, that makes him a far more dangerous enemy. Not that he can defeat us in Christ. Anyway...

And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered(Daniel 8:25).

God does not want His children to suffer but God will not give up on the world until the world gives up on Him so God has to allow them to go against the truth and if the saints are not on earth during the tribulation the world cannot go against the truth for God to put down their kingdom.

That is why the Bible says that the saints will not be gathered unto Christ until the antichrist clains to be God and makes war with the saints because they have to go against the truth before God will take His children home to heaven so the saints have to be in the tribulation period for the world to go against the truth so that God can put down their kingdom and rule with His saints.

I am so fearful when I think of the tools of the Inquisition. I am fearful of this water boarding torture that has become so well known.

The things us believers may have to suffer... What great faith we will need to make it through.

This thread is Miktre's baby, we can't request it to be closed! How many people here grow a thread to 99 pages in length? I'd be proud if I was him, as he obviously accomplished something. :cool:

Of course, there are some people at CC who disagree with Miktre, and these people might have reasons why they want the thread closed. For shame! :D

Lol if I close it I'll get rants from the anti-thread closers. My policy for this forum is if it hasn't been used for two months or more, then it gets closed. Or if people start fighting then it gets closed. Or if there are repetitive threads on ONE topic, then they get closed.

This thread doesn't meet those criteria. If anything it prevents folks from posting MORE threads on this ONE issue.

Ie..it's stayin open. If this thread bothers you that much don't post to it and it might just sink outta existence. :D

So in other words..if there is a thread that's bugging you and it hasn't been posted to in THREE days and it's not even visible on the active threads from the past day, don't go posting how you want it closed, causing it to actually rise to the top, right where it's going to annoy the living day lights out of you.

Well, I've been on many forums before and most shut threads down after a they are exhausted and I would say after 2,000 replies and 20,000 views, yours was exhausted, but it's your thingy..what eva...

1) I am hoping to be the first post on page 100.

2) I just want to encourage people not to question the mods if they aren't doing anything contrary to God's will.

The Bible says that the saints will go home at the last trumpet.

That means the saints will be on earth for the 6 trumpets.

I believe that the 6 trumpets are warnings from God to turn to Him starting with world war 1.

After world war 1 and that terrible fighting they did not turn to God but they set up League of Nations trying to solve their problems.

After world war 2 and that terrible fighting they did not turn to God but they set up United Nations trying to solve their problems.

The 6th trumpet is a 200,000,000 men army that fights the world that kills one third of the world's population.

The Bible describes nuclear weapons that will be involved in that war.

I believe this will take place during the first 3 and one half years of the tribulation.

The world will be split in to 10 sections with a leader in each section and will rule with a one world goverment and a one world religious system for the first 3 and one half years of the tribulation trying to solve their problems.

The Arab governments will be in line with this but the Arab people will rebel against this type of system saying it is an insult to Allah and call a holy war and will fight the world.

God said after this war people still did not repent of their sins.They are still trying to solve their own problems thinking that by their methods they can bring peace to the world and will not turn to God.

That is when God will give them the antichrist to rule over them because man continues to solve their own problems and will not turn to God.

The 10 sections of the world hand their power over to the antichrist and he gets control of the world.

The saints have to be on earth for the 6th trumpet because the saints do not go home until the 7th trumpet.

I don't understand the complete discussion... because... this is some what have to come.... And we have to look at the return of Jesus. If it is in a rapture or not.

There are more as 13 kinds of theory's.. and the most of them.. are used by.. Biblical Christian, who loves Jesus. We all have to deal with the same Bible. And the Bible isn't complete clear about it. All the theory's is theology.... nothing more.

Look at the Return of Jesus.. expect Him back.. and don't fight about... of it is a false teaching or not. Because if you believe in the rapture or not... it doesn't make a different in this case.

Sure you can discuss what is going to happen... But to say if it is a false teaching.. 'are heavy' words.....
