When i first saw some forms that said male and female, then 'non binary' i was puzzled overwhat it meant.
But then I thought if we are neither male nor female we are ONE in Christ, then we actually are non binary...we are whole.
So it really does not matter.
I have met a few people that are very confused about gender, i remember chatting with someone who was male, but he would get very angsty about stuff especially when I would touch on some typically female topics from my perspective as a female. He later confessed that he wanted to be female. He remebered an incident in his youth when some girls dressed him up as female in tights and stockings. I dont know how old he was. I was like nah you dont want to be female surely. There is nothing inherently female about walking in high heels or wearing makeup, besides if you were truly female youd be having periods and such do you really want to deal with that, and to be always regarded as weak and inferior by clueless chauvinistic macho males.
People have really got to look beyond the flesh, beyond the carnal.
In my life, Ive had people constantly judge me on appearance. They think I'm from somehwere Im not, and thus have this whole idea of me as something im not. I dont know where people get this idea from, certainly not me. Men especially seem to have this weird idea that women cant survive without them and that we need them to protect us. But actually in the Bible its the other way round, adam needed a helper and companion cos he couldnt be alone. I notice this when I worked in retirement villages, the widowed women coped just fine, its the men were the ones who were actually the most needy, but too proud to accept help. Besides, if the women need a protector, they didnt ask a man, they just got a dog.
