1Jn_1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

The verse DOES NOT say, If we DON"T confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

God does not charge the Elect with their sins Rom 4:8
8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

He will be merciful to all their sins Heb 8:12

For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more

Another reason why God will not lay any charge against His Elect is because Christ who died for them, is now on the right hand of God making intercession for them!

Rom 8:34

34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

See also Heb 7:25

25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. 14

Unrepented sins are charged to all. The unrepentant are foolish and deserve the judgment God will give unto them.
False. Those Christ died for their sins which they did commit, are commiting, and will commit will not be imputed to them Rom 4:8
8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

John Gill writes of Rom 4:8

Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. As he does not to those whom he justifies in Christ, and by his righteousness; for the sins of such he has imputed to his Son, as their surety; and he has bore them, took them away, having made full satisfaction for them; so that these persons will never be charged with them: they now appear before the throne without fault, and are blameless and irreproveable in the sight of God, and therefore must be eternally happy; for he will never think of their sins any more to their hurt; he will remember them no more; he "will never reckon them to them", but acquit them from them, justify and accept them; wherefore they must be secure from wrath and condemnation, enjoy much peace and comfort now, and be happy hereafter.

Iniquity wasn't ever charged to the Elect !

Ps 32:2

Blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

The reason for this is because their iniquity has been charged to their Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ. It has always been charged to Him, the Lamb slain from the foundation Rev 13:18, the Lamb foreordained before the foundation of the world 1 Pet 1:20

20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,

All the sins Gods Elect were guilty of in Adam and in themselves, Christ had always been responsible by Law and Justice, and not them. 1c

The People of God sin but its not charged to them, for it was all charged to Christ !
So.....you are justifying SIN in the lives of believers because Jesus died on the cross? Interesting.

If your logic is followed to its demonic end - a Christian may kill his neighbor, rape his neighbor's wife, steal all his neighbor's stuff, burn his neighbor's house to the ground - and God will not charge him with any SIN.

That's quite a religion you've got going for you. It isn't anything described in the Bible, but it has its uses especially when the kingdom of satan is being defended.

WHY are Christians in bed with satan these days?

Apologies for SIN abound here, all using scripture to justify wickedness and satan's kingdom in the church. Did not the tempter use scripture upon Christ? Nothing has changed.

The disciples of wickedness quote scripture to justify any filthy thing they choose to put their hands upon - supposing in their addled brains that God will turn a blind eye to their debauchery. He will not.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A LICENSE TO SIN.

Will you continue in your ways - pretending SIN has no effect, that SIN can be embraced and God will not look upon it with judgment in His holy hand?

Read this you who think you are immune. God will REMOVE the protection against the forces of the enemy if you continue in your SIN. There is absolutely nothing you can say or do to defend yourself against the enemy without God's protections.

Therefore be it known unto you - "hand this man over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, so that his spirit may be saved on the day of the Lord." - 1 Corinthians 5:5

The passage above speaks to IMMORALITY among those who imagined themselves to be immune to guilt for SIN. It speaks to the consequences of it among the church and the pointed address of Paul toward those who continue unabated in their defense of SIN. It PROMISES a death before the natural time for the Christians who dabble in SIN and justify it in their lives and actions. YOU shall pay for your wickedness. Don't think you won't.

SIN will find you out Christian. YOU shall pay the price for it. Don't think you won't. You tempt God and invite the enemy when you do so. When this happens you will be afflicted for the rest of your natural life.

Is this really what you want?

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. - Proverbs 9:10

False. Those Christ died for their sins which they did commit, are commiting, and will commit will not be imputed to them Rom 4:8
8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

John Gill writes of Rom 4:8
We are forgiven of SIN so that we may NOT walk in it any more. If we do there is a terrible price to pay for our debauchery.

While it is true God will not impute SIN to those who have repented and confessed it and have asked forgiveness, it is also true that the righteous man will die if he commits SIN.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A LICENSE TO SIN.

Now if a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and I put a stumbling block before him, he will die. If you did not warn him, he will die in his sin, and the righteous acts he did will not be remembered. And I will hold you responsible for his blood. But if you warn the righteous man not to sin, and he does not sin, he will indeed live because he heeded your warning, and you will have saved yourself.” - Ezekiel 3:20-21

Therefore I warn those who defend SIN as Ezekiel was charged to warn those of his day. Do not continue in your SIN for it will find you out and you shall pay a terrible price for it.

The penalty of SIN in the life of the believer will be carried for the rest of his or her natural life - if that life is not shortened before it's time altogether. READ THE SCRIPTURE.

You quote scripture to justify SIN - even as your lord satan did to Christ. It was wrong then and you are wrong today.

Therefore it is time to confess and repent of your SIN. Do it now while there is time - before God removes those protections from the enemy you now enjoy. For if those protections are removed you will suffer things you cannot imagine. I would wish otherwise for the reader.

The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. - Proverbs 9:10

Don't be a fool. Abandon SIN now....

Because sin was never imputed to Gods Elect because it was imputed to their Saviour Surety from the foundation. We know this because scripture declares He was slain from the foundation of the world Rev 13:8

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

So why would He be slain ? Simple, for the sins of His Sheep/Elect/Church charged to Him and not them, though they are guilty of incurring them.

So Gods Elect were factually Justified from their sins before God from the foundation of the world ! 9c

No Christ wasn't actually slain for their sins from the foundation, save for Gods Eternal Purpose wherein time is swallowed up in eternity, but having their sins already charged to Him, He would come in the world " in the fullness of time Gal 4:4 and suffer and die and put away their sins before Gods Law and Justice Heb 9:26

For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. 11c

Quite the contrary. I'm paying close attention. Your logic is faulty and your Biblical background is patchy at best. Therefore your conclusions are errant.

Christians are justified, meaning they will not suffer the Second Death. Christians do not have immunity from punishment for SIN in this world.

Again the basic points of your argument are non-Biblical, erroneous in their understanding of the LAW and confused as to statement and meaning. Do you know what you're talking about? There is no evidence of it in your post quoted above. Read on and I'll explain why.

No one can be saved apart from the LAW.

Why? What is the purpose of the LAW?

The purpose of the LAW is to convict of SIN. The LAW is insight into God's character and plan for the redemption of man. Since man is unable to discern the will or mind of God, God has chosen to reveal it despite any attempt at man to earn, bribe or swindle it out of the Most High. Some people refer to this gift as GRACE, but they've confused about the meaning and purpose of GRACE because they choose to abuse it.

What does the LAW require in payment of SIN? It requires blood, because God has said the penalty of SIN is death. (Romans 6:23)

The LAW of Moses (Torah - 1st 5 books of the Bible) required the blood of animals to pay for SIN. However, this portion of the LAW was imperfect. Why? Because animals are mortal. Their death is temporary. A more permanent death of an immortal nature was required to fulfill the LAW.

"I did not come to abolish the LAW. I came to fulfill it." - Jesus as quoted by Matthew 5:17

The fulfillment of the LAW was performed on the cross AT THAT TIME. All the mumbo-jumbo about eternity creates a fog of understanding. The LAW wasn't fulfilled until Christ DIED on the stake. Fulfillment of the LAW was permanent at the TIME because the immortal life of Christ was offered as sacrifice. Since Christ is immortal, His death serves as a permanent justification for those who accept it (see: Exodus' example of the lambs' blood used during pesach.)

All this nonsense about time being swallowed up in eternity is good for Star Trek episodes, but isn't Biblical. The death of Christ happened in TIME, but is good forever BECAUSE Christ is immortal. God's plan of redemption was outlined prior to that TIME, but God's fulfillment of His LAW didn't happen until two thousand years ago.

READ THE BIBLE. Put your sci fi books, your fortune cookies and your semi-religious manure to one side. READ THE BIBLE.

LAW & GRACE work together. They aren't separate from one another. Grace provided the LAW, which identifies our SIN and directs us to the sacrifice of Christ that can save us. Grace allows us to believe and to live ACCORDING TO THE LAW.

But if we crucify Christ again in our lives by embracing SIN, then we are subject to loss of God's protection - opening the door to satan to devour us (for it travels about looking for someone to devour. (1 Peter 5:8). Again, we may not lose salvation, but we may lose our health our natural length of days.

Your statement is VERY confused since you begin by implying Christ wasn't slain from the foundation of the world, but then you do a turn-around and say Christ suffered from the world's foundation. Which is it?

I perceive you do not know. You do not know because, like most post-protestant Christians, you do not know the LAW - God's revealed plan of redemption given to us by His unmerited grace. The LAW & GRACE work together to save. Once saved, however, no human has the authority to SIN. Our SINS are indeed charged to us. Why? Because we risk divine punishment for them in this life and in this world if we do not confess them and repent of them.

I am not saying here one can lose their salvation. When God promises to never leave us or forsake us, He means it. This in no way condones SIN in the life of the believer. The post-protestant church, ignorant of Reformation theology and rejecting the LAW, is completely illiterate when it comes to Biblical principles. Instead Christians today accept everything from Hindu prayers in congress to justification for international militarism and terrorism - all SIN by the way.

THIS IS why the Holy Spirit has abandoned most churches in America and THIS IS why God will judge the nation.

IF GOD DOES NOT JUDGE AMERICA HE WILL HAVE TO APOLOGIZE TO SODOM AND GOMORRAH. - Shanghai curse 1937

1 Cor 15:3-4

For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures

If Christ died for our sins, for He didn't die for everyone's sins, but if we're blessed to be of those He did die for, namely His Sheep or Church, then one thing is for certain, our sins cannot and will not be charged to us.

Rom 4:8

Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. 1

“There is therefore no condemnation for those who are IN Christ Jesus (baptized into Christ, Romans 6:3) because the law of the spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death (if man sins man dies) for what the law was powerless to do, because it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful man (human form) to be a sin offering. So He condemned sin in sinful man in order that the righteous requirements of the law (ten commandments +) might be fully met in us who do not live according to the sinful nature- but live according to the Spirit.” Romans 8

Many people think they are IN Christ but they are not because they live a sinful lifestyle, they don’t live for holiness. So they get excited about such verses, and actually use those verses as a license to sin. Such ones are in denial, and in spiritual danger of hell.

So in light of the blessedness of non imputation the Elect of God were never legally responsible for their sins because Christ was as their Surety Heb 7:22

22 By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.

And what Testament or Covenant is that ? And when was He made the Surety of it ?13c

The blanket statement, which is the title of this thread, is confusing limited in scope and suggestive of non-Biblical assertions.

Christ died for all, but most will reject His offer of forgiveness and immortal life. (Jesus as quoted by Matthew 7)
Salvation is NOT automatic to all and it is NOT restricted to a particular group of people (ideologically or ethnically).
It is NOT predetermined (The denomination that makes this assertion also rejects the Bible as THE Word of God from which they claim scripture to justify their errant assertions. Judging God a liar makes them liars themselves.)

According to the LAW one must approach God personally, bringing appropriate gifts, AND ASK FOR IT.

What SIN do you refer to?

#1 type of SIN: Christ's death upon the cross JUSTIFIES those who accept it. (see: Exodus & Leviticus - the spiritual principle of PEASACH) This results in a clean record at the Final Judgment. SIN isn't imputed. The Second Death will have no hold on them.

#2 type of SIN: Of those who are JUSTIFIED and still in the land of the living, SIN can be imputed to them if they violate the LAW. (Hebrews 6) The result of this SIN is punishment during life. Punishment or chastisement as it is otherwise called in the Bible, is JUDGED by God even in the church or House of God as the Bible asserts (1 Peter 4:17, Hebrews 10:31). It is possible for a Justified person to have their life cut short - their "flesh given to satan that their spirit may be saved" as it is written in 1 Corinthians 5:5. In other words, to die before their natural span of days.

WHY then is SIN being defended so vehemently? This is a mystery to Xians (fake Christians who neither follow Christ nor the LAW He observed and fulfilled). Why is guilt for SIN being white washed? Why is SIN on the part of those who claim to follow Christ being embraced even as the punishment for it is being swept under the carpet of religious hypocrisy?

Over and over again I have stated Biblical principle even as certain persons throughout Christendom defend satan and all its works in the House of God?

WARNING: The house of God, calling itself Christian, IS subject to divine judgment. (See: Ezekiel 10 & Revelation 2) Today this judgment is upon us. Several major denominations have openly rejected, by vote of leadership, the Word of God. Consequently the Holy Spirit has departed from them (1 Samuel 4:21). Continuing in the self-deception that all is well in the church and that proponents of Christian ideology aren't subject to divine wrath in this life is a LIE and worthy of disdain among those outside the church as well as many within it.

Millions are leaving church congregations because of the open hypocrisy and spiritual lies being promoted by leaders who's primary motivation is influence and compen$ation.

Stop defending SIN among those who claim to follow Christ. It does no service to those who support it and it stinks in nose of those who might otherwise receive the gospel and be saved. THERE IS a moral and spiritual standard by which the world and the church is judged. It is called the LAW and lawLESSness will not be tolerated by a Holy God.

Continue in self-deception and SIN at your own risk. God isn't a fool and can't be swayed by wayward quotes of scripture (that isn't being respected in the first place).

Continue in self-deception and SIN at your own risk. God isn't a fool and can't be swayed by wayward quotes of scripture (that isn't being respected in the first place).

that's me, hollering from the choir loft...
Do you know that people Christ died for, they will not have theirs sins imputed to them ? Rom 4:8

8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. This is a Gospel Truth 2 Cor 5:19

19 to wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
