Good morning CM, praying for you daily, glad to see
you're doing better.

How's your mom this morning ?prayed for her last night.

Hope you have a great day also.
Well, she is really groggy from the medication, but we need to schedule an appointment with her doctor for further tests. Thanks again. I hope you are doing well.

Lord Jesus, I ask you pour out an abundance of your blessing to my brothers and sisters who took time out of their night to be praying for my mom and I give you all the praise and glory that I was able to bring her home and get her comfortable so she can sleep. In your holy name, AMEN

You must have made it to work,
Good morning/afternoon to you.
It's afternoon here, the rain has
stopped, turning out to be a
beautiful cool day.
Yes, it is still morning west coast time, and I have arrived safely at work; I live fairly close considering some commute many miles in terrible traffic. I am spoiled and live three miles away; very straightforward getting here with little traffic especially if I come in early, which I have not done for the last month or so. I have worked here so long, my hours are flexible, plus it is slow... we are having a Bar-B-Que lunch today! We had one not too long ago, not sure what the occasion is today, but these work affairs are funny, lots of meat meat meat and little else. But free food is free food so I am not complaining LOL

I am glad you are having a beautiful day there,
Frank, though somewhat sorry to hear the rain has stopped, as I know how much it is needed... have you drank your pot of coffee yet? Is it time for a sweet?

And now to get some work done... :)

Well, I walk out the back door, and I'm at work.lol

We need the rain, but now I need 4 days of no rain.
We have about 4 days to go on the soybeans, then
it can rain for a month. We pumped water from the
big creek to the pond, did that for 6 days, now the
pond is running over the spillway. But, it's all good.

Yes, a treat would be real good in about 45 minutes,
that's break time for the boys. Hope you have plenty,
they are a bunch of hungry men

That is funny, Phil :) Hey, you might like some of Paul Schwartz's music, he took the best loved arias from popular/well known operas and adapted them for more modern, less operatic aficionados' ears. You can check this out... how do you like it? I may have eclectic tastes, as this appeals to me when pure opera does not at all, though purists would hate the things that I like ;) You need to get past the first 48 seconds, which is how the proper operatic aria would sound, to see what Paul has done with it.

Finally, a nice peaceful break. Just hopefully I don't fall asleep as I have much more to do even though I got a lot done so far. I surprised myself especially only getting about two hours of sleep. But I know God will give me the strength to push through.

That is handy, to be able to walk right outside like that. And be at work lol. Me, it takes me about three to five minutes to get outside, depending on how long the elevator takes to get to my floor after I call it. When I was moving in all those years ago, I met a couple that was moving out. I asked them why, and they said they did not like having to take an elevator to get outside. I can see that. Still, this is city living. People mostly cannot afford to buy any more; even a shack on a patch of land on the wrong side of the tracks will put you back over half a million :p

Do you drink coffee in the evening,
Frank?
