So last night I was able to get more rest. I got about eight hours of sleep. Yesterday, one of the instructors that I work with said I was peppier than I usually am and I had to explain that I only got four hours of sleep. Is anyone else that way? Or am I alone.
I should finish getting ready for work. All I have to do now is brush my teeth and get my lunch ready, which is my usual yogurt and fill up my water bottle to take with me. You can never drink to much water.
