Revelation chapter 13 has not happened yet for it says that the beast has 10 horns with the ways of the Leopard,Lion,and bear,and all the world worships the beast.
This has not happened at any time in history where the whole world worships a single man who will say he is above all their religions and gods which is why they get rid of the woman which is the one world religious system.
Chapter 13 with the 10 horns with the ways of the Leopard,lion,and Bear means this.
In Daniel chapter 7 Daniel has a dream of 4 beasts,which are kingdoms,that spring up one after the other,which are diverse from each other,which means their mode of operation was different from each other.
The 4 different modes of operation are the 4 ways of man without God.Human religion,Human cruelty,Human wisdom,and world domination pushing for great power.
While each of the 4 beasts displayed all 4 modes of operation,one mode of operation stood more prominently than the other 3.
The first beast was like a Lion,which is Babylon,which represents human religion.They had wings of an eagle,which means they had the revelation of God,but the wings were plucked,which means God took away the revelation because the son of King Nebuchadnezzar did something that displeased the LORD,even though he knew what his father proclaimed,that the God of Israel is the top God.They then were made to stand like a man which means Babylon was then known as the kingdom of man.
The third beast is Greece,which is like a Leopard,which represents human wisdom.It flew with 4 wings of a fowl which probably means it few above the other nations by higher medicine,higher mathematics,philosophy,but not as high as when Babylon flew on eagle's wings.It was split in to 4 sections which probably when Alexander died a general ruled each part.
The fourth beast is the Roman Empire,which is like iron,and represents world domination.It had 10 horns which will come in the future which will probably be the world split in to 10 sections with a leader in each section.The little horn,the antichrist,comes from the 10 horns,which comes from the Roman Empire,which the Bible says the prince to come,the antichrist,will be from the people who overthrew Jerusalem,which is the Roman Empire.
The first 3 beast had their dominions tooken away but their lives were prolonged for a season,which mean they would never rise to power as a kingdom and have no dominion in the future after they fell,but their ways that they operated would still be on earth.
The 4th beast,the Roman Empire,did not have their dominion tooken away and will fall when Jesus comes back to fight the world at the battle of armageddon.
The 10 horns,Leopard,Lion,and Bear,in Revelation 13,means the kingdom of man in it's entirety.Man going by his own religion,his own wisdom,being cruel,and having world domination,to it's fullest.
While each of the 4 beasts had all 4 ways of man,one mode of operation was more dominate than the other 3 modes of operation,but the beast has all 4 modes of operation to it's fullest.
The Roman Empire has the physical dominion by the 10 horns,with the ways of the Leopard,Lion,and Bear,whose ways are still on earth after they fell,each aspect that was chief are now all in this kingdom of man,which is represented as Babylon in spirit,because Babylon is known as the kingdom of man,and will never rise to power again after they fell in the Old Testament.
This has nothing to do with the Muslim world,and has not happened yet,for the world has not ever been split in to 10 sections yet.
I believe prior to the beast appearing the 10 horns will rule for a short space and will fight the Muslim world and will devastate them which is probably the 6th trumpet of the Bible.Probably because hen the 10 horns rule before the beast gains power,the Muslim world will not like the one world religious system,because they will say no converting anyone to your religion or you will be guilty of a hate crime punishable in the international court system.
Revelation chapter 13 is not about the Muslim world gaining any power,for the Bible says the Roman Empire has the dominion,and the Iraq and Iran will never have dominion after they fell in the Old Testament.
